Comfortably furnished 70sqm apartment with 20sqm balcony in 1. Floor. Newly renovated and fully furnished. Living room with a relaxing living area and fireplace for self-heating for a cozy atmosphere. Anteroom with generous wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio with CD player, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, washing machine

Outdoor games, balcony awning, garden furniture, deckchairs, outdoor refrigerator, swing grill, in-house parking.

On request I offer personal guided tours (glacier tours, mountain tours and guided tours).

Winter Vacation
Fantastic property and great location for our family ski holiday to Goldeck. Lovely facilities with plenty of space for a large family. Log burner looked amazing but was not required due to the property being hot enough. Just be aware that the property is down a steep hill which may make access awkward during snowy conditions. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year.

Entspannte Auszeit
Anreise: der Tauerntunnel hat bei der Anreise wertvolle Stunden gekostet. Wir sind im Dunkeln angekommen und haben das Haus nicht direkt identifizieren können. Ferienhaus Waltraud steht nirgends im Inserat, oder? 😉 Der Tipp, die Hausnr. 59 für das Navi zu verwenden, war aber sehr hilfreich. Alles Weitere hat aber wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe und ist mit den vielen Holzbalken auch sehr gemütlich. Toll war auch der Kamin, den wir abends nach den Wanderungen gerne angefeuert haben. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man benötigt (Seife, Geschirrspültabs, Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher etc). Das haben wir, in anderen Wohnungen schon anders erlebt! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, man sieht Rehe über die Wiese laufen usw. Nahe am Haus verläuft ein plätschernder Bach und man kann direkt ab Haus schon tolle Wanderungen starten. Unsere 10 Tage mit Hund und Kind, haben wir absolut genossen.

Schöne ruhige Lage
Gemütliches familiär eingerichtetes Haus, viel Platz, ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße direkt in der Natur, nur das Plätschern des Gebirgsbaches hier hörbar.

kein herzliches Willkommen
Nach einer 2-tägigen Anreise erreichten wir unser gebuchtes Haus. Glücklicherweise war der Mieter des Erdgeschossteils zu Hause, sprach aber nicht wirklich freundlich mit uns. Wie sich herausstellte, wusste niemand von unserer Ankunft und seine Tochter war die Putzfrau. Er rief sie an, aber leider war sie nicht da. Zum Glück hatte dieser Mann einen Schlüssel. Wir standen einfach da und warteten. Ein kleines 18 Monate altes Kind mit Oma auf Krücken und wir waren alle müde von der Reise. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr vom Besitzer gehört. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung, überhaupt nichts. Habe alles pünktlich bezahlt und durfte das ganze Haus selbst reinigen. Das war nicht die Erwartung an unseren Urlaub. Es war ein schlechter Start in unseren Urlaub. Um mit einer positiven Bemerkung abzuschließen ... die Aussicht war wunderschön, das Haus groß genug. Aber mit Kindern nicht die beste Unterkunft. Es gab wenig zu tun und ein Spielplatz war etwas zu weit entfernt. Also nicht noch einmal für uns. Selten so unfreundlich und unwillkommen behandelt. Leider kann ich hier nicht mehr eingeben, da es eine maximale Anzahl an Zeichen gibt, die eingegeben werden können. Aber die ganze Geschichte kommt noch.

Genuss pur!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser mit viel Hingabe und Liebe eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und das mit Hund und zu einem fairen Preis den sich auch Normalverdiener leisten können. Es ist ein schöner Urlaub am Millstätter See gewesen, das Wetter herrlich und die Umgebung ein Traum der Entspannung. Wir wollen wirklich wiederkommen!

Idylle
Dieses Objekt ist perfekt für einen Wanderurlaub. Innerhalb von einen Radius von 1 h Fahrzeit mit dem Auto sind die tollsten Wandergebiete erreichbar. Auch von der Unterkunft weg hat man viele tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Zum See ist es per Fuß durch den Schluchtweg ca. 30 min. Allerdings liegt Obermillstatt 200 Höhenmeter über dem See, es ist ein starker anstieg zu bewältigen. E-Bikes sind ratsam.

Große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben eine tolle Zeit hier gehabt. Die Wohnung war großzügig, hatte eine tolle große Dachterrasse und Koos und Silvia haben uns sehr nett empfangen und bei Fragen geholfen.
