This is the second time we have stayed at the Woburn hotel.
Its become a very special place for us as we stayed here the night before our wedding. We have celebrated birthdays 🎂 anniversaries each time its been 👏 AMAZING THANK YOU.
I normally really like this hotel, but since I last stayed here, the service is slower (despite ringing the bell several times there was no service on the front desk and I had to go searching through the hotel for a member of staff ) they’ve removed the EV charge point from the car park and taken the iron out of the room. Just a bit disappointing compared to previous stays.
We had an executive room. I would hardly call it executive, especially given the cheap toilet paper and tired decor. The worst thing was that there was absolutely no phone signal and the hotel free wifi would not connect on any of our 3 devices, so with no landline phone we were totally cut off from any outside contact while in our room. Sadly the receptionist’s response to this was total indifference.
