Beautifully renovated, Ttich Manor Retreat is the perfect hideaway home for families and groups of friends looking for a picturesque stay away. The Grade II listed historic manor house is tucked away in a quiet, tranquil area with uninterrupted views and an acre of garden to explore.
The period property believed to date from the 12th Century has been recently modernized and refurbished while retaining its grand period features. Sleep up to 17 guests across four floors, with games room/arcade machine, music system, outdoor hot tub and private sauna for guest use.
Transport back in time when you enter the sweeping driveway and are met by the eye-catching period property. Enter via the double doors onto the ground floor where you will find a traditional yet stylish dining room, with full height windows to allow light to cascade into this wonderful room. An expansive, period style lounge with U-shape sofas, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Plus, large kitchen with all modern comforts including pod coffee machine, air fryer, three ovens, large fridge/freezer and waffle maker. With additional breakfast room, cloakroom, and utility.
The lower ground floor showcases elements of the old stone castle that once stood here, and offers a fantastic, entertaining, and spacious area for friends and families. With games room, Sony music system, private sauna and additional lounge located on this level.
Behind the main house is, what was once, a formal garden again surrounded by mature trees and flora. From the main garden you are lead through an opening to a further expanse of garden from where you can enjoy views over local farmland. Lots of countryside walks along nearby rivers and lakes are available from your doorstep.
The traditional building provides a spacious retreat with all modern comforts which is suited to groups of families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway. One dog is permitted at an additional charge, please request at time of booking. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate stag/hen parties and large events at this home. An EV charger point is available at this property.
A historic building with many unique features, this is truly a one-of-a-kind property located in such a charming and tranquil setting, while still close to all the conveniences of Milton Keynes.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is the second time we have visited and would be keen to book again in the future. Lots of space and good facilities.
Would be useful to have a couple more full length mirrors.
The house was warm and very comfortable with lots of room for everyone , we would happily return.

Fantastic family stay
Ttich Manor provided me and my family, 13 of us in total, with everything we needed for a fantastic week together. It had plenty of space for us all and four generations, aged from 17 months to 86 years, enjoyed what the property had to offer, especially the hot tub, the large garden, bbq and patio area and the comfortable lounge and beautiful dining room which both had seating for the whole group . The house was very well equipped and it was furnished to a high standard. The location is great and we found lots to do locally Willen Lake, Bletchley Park, Gulliver's Land Theme Park and Riverside Hub play centre are all within a half hour drive and there are lovely walks along the canal and river right from the door. We reported a few issues to the team at Finest Retreats and these were dealt with promptly which improved our stay.

Friends staycation thoroughly enjoyed at Ttich Manor!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ttich Manor. The property was clean, well furnished and decorated. The kitchen had all the utensils to facilitate our cooking needs and the large table was great for all of us to be able to sit together and eat.
The rooms were spacious. The games room was a hit with the children especially on the rainy days and the Hot Tub was a hit with the adults! The Hot tub was clean and easily usable.
The living room was really spacious and great for a games night!
The location was fine, itâs next to a church and there are walks accessible along the canal, the supermarket is a very short-drive away, we also did a day trip to local soft-play, rock climbing and Willenlake. There was plenty for the young children to do and the garden was huge!
We donât usually stay at the same place twice but we would definitely recommend this property.
