The place was very clean. Easy to get too. The staff was efficient. The only downfall was they were painting the outside and the windows were all covered up in plastic. Couldn't see out of them.

Stayed here with family for one night to attend a bday party! This hotel seemed okay per reviews and was very convenient to the highway. The room was comfortable but I wasn’t too keen about how the bathroom sink was situated outside the actual bathroom whereas the toilet and bathtub! This hotel is definitely older and it’s ran by HP Hospitality, LLC. I tried to look for a handicap accessible room as I have an elderly grandmother who needs more room to maneuver her walker. Well it appears this hotel does not offer accessible rooms, which is strange because I’m sure this is violating some type of hospitality laws! Every hotel should have accessible rooms for ppl with disabilities! We checked in around 6:30pm on a Saturday. I reserved the room with my credit card and when I got there I asked the front desk rep can I pay in cash? Normally I do this from time to time, but they said since we got there past 6:00pm the credit card is charged and cannot be changed!! I have never heard anything like this as many hotels and resorts I’ve stayed they always give the guest the courtesy to choose the payment type for their stay! It wasn’t even a late check in which I would’ve been more understanding about. The guy at the front desk told me this is how the system is setup and he cannot change it. And the breakfast was okay consisting of hot food options, coffee, juice etc. But, my uncle found a hair strand in his eggs! Staff could do a better job keeping the tables cleaned for breakfast!
