Needed a place to stay in downtown MKE, the famous Doubletree warm cookie upon checkout and 2 free water bottles in the room were welcome after a long day of traveling. Shawn/Shaun at the front desk was AMAZING and another front desk associate also allowed me to check in early due to my room being ready hours before 3 PM! Great group of people.

We did not get the room that we had booked several months ago (booked a king and got a room woth 2 doubles), however the staff, particularly the manager, were very apologetic and were able to make it right with us, whixh we very much appreciated. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. We coukd have used additional pillow options as they were pretty flat. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
