This open, airy 2 bedroom condo is open-concept to allow for all guests to enjoy the space together. This is the middle unit of a 3 unit property. All 3 units are short term rentals so if you have a larger group, please check with me, we may be able to host your entire group.

Historic Brewer's Hill is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with beautiful older homes from the turn of the century. It used to be home to many of the beer brewers whose breweries were on the river, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is residential, but is walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and the downtown area. It’s a great place if you’re coming to enjoy Summerfest or any of the downtown festivals or take in a Buck’s game or Brewer’s.

This unit has a private 1 car garage with room for 1 additional car in front of the garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. Street parking is also readily available & is free for 3 nights with permission from the city. Milwaukee has Bublr bike stations all through out the city. The Hop, Milwaukee's street car, has a station 8 blocks away. Uber & Lyft are available.

***Please note, this unit is located in a building with multiple units. All units are short or mid-term rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances.

*No shoes are smoking in the house
*No tampering with devices, internet or exterior cameras
*Events or non-Airbnb guests in the home must be cleared with the host prior to booking & there may be an additional charge.
*Due to the extra wear & tear & cleaning, there is a per night charge for additional guests.
*Pets are allowed but are not to be left unattended.
* Also, there may be additional space available for rent for bigger groups. If you have additional guests, please check with the host before booking.
*Please turn off lights, fans, fireplace etc. when not in use and before you leave.
*Please inform the host if the property has been damaged in any way or special cleanup is needed.
*You are welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. We do not provide charcoal or gas, but if other guests have left some behind, you are welcome to use it. Please make sure someone is monitoring the grill at all times when in use. ***If you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it
