Traumlage

Wunderschöne nicht zu toppende Lage. Die Wohnung ist auch gut eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an "nichts" und wir konnten unseren Frankreichurlaub wieder in vollen Zügen genießen.

Familenurlaub Mimizan

Die Unterkunft selbst war in Ordnung, Standard, sauber und entsprach fast der Objektbeschreibung. Das dazugebuchte Wifi und die Handtücher haben von Quantität und Qualität Spielraum nach oben. Der Parkplatz war eigentlich eine Zumutung. Service vor Ort einwandfrei Das Objekt von aussen bedarf aber einer Generalsanierung - tat aber dem Wohlfühlgefühl in der Wohnung keinen Abbruch. Mimizan selbst kennen wir seit über 20 Jahren, immer wieder gerne, toller Urlaub insgesamt

Sommerwonne

Die Wohnung ist von ihrer Lage her einzigartig und hat einen unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick auf die Mündung des Courant's. Uns fehlte in der Wohnung nichts. Doch stimmt nicht ganz, ein kleiner Backofen wäre ein Traum, somit wäre die Wohnung komplett. Eine Mikrowelle hat leider ihre Grenzen. Doch es ist kein "Muss". I fo an den Hauseigentümer: Die Dachverkleidung müsste erneuert werden, damit nicht unliebsame Bewohner einziehen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, ein Traum die Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten, genug Schränke zum verstauen. Nur der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein, wir waren 3 Personen, ging geradeso, aber bei 5 Personen ist es sehr knapp. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Super sauber. Betten sind auch perfekt . Allgemein ist die Einrichtung etwas veraltet, wenig Steckdosen, der Balkon müsste dringend saniert werden, vergammelte Holzbalken, Putz fällt ab. Sonst TOP !

Location conforme à nos attentes, très propre et très bien situé. La remise des clés n'a pas été facile au départ car je n'ai pas reçu le mail d'explication. Cela n'enlève pas le bon accueil téléphonique. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.

Appartement bien situé mais : - très bruyant à partir de 2 heures du matin - manque climatisation car impossible de dormir fenêtres fermées - toilettes avec broyeur électrique (très très moyen de nos jours!!) - absence cruelle de four - électricité à revoir entièrement ( limite danger!!)

Spacious apartment with great views from the large balcony and central location, but apartment dated, needing maintenance, especially the crumbling balcony wall plaster. Can be noisy at night due to outside bar directly in front of property.

Mimizan-plage

Zeer goed gelegen appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De ruimte in het appartement is ruim voldoende, enkel de douche is niet voorzien op mensen van 1.80 m. Wij waren er na het seizoen, eind september en dus een kalmere periode.

Alles Spitze, bis ..

Der Parkplatz ist eine Zumutung. Zum Glück waren nur wenige Wohnungen belegt und wir konnten einen anderen Parkplatz nutzen. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Aussicht sind Spitze.
