Cozy River Front Cottage with Sandy Bottom

The interior of this cottage is a cozy 2BD, 1 bath and completely renovated in 2020 and finished in 2022 that comfortably sleeps 4. Provides you with a true Boutique cottage experience. It has natural and reclaimed elements such as wood, stone and warm cozy textures.
Keeping simplicity in mind, you will find everything you need from bath towels, kitchen conveniences and what you came for, outdoor fun and relaxation. Enjoy the fire pit and the draped tree top twinkle lights and Muskoka chairs.
Please enjoy these things on your get away and your RiverHouse 1954 experience will hopefully become your annual getaway retreat.
If you are adventurous, surrounding the cottage are ATV trails or go for your wonderful walk.
If you feel like venturing out, Minden is a short drive away that offers rafting, go karting, grocery shopping, a laundry mat and more. The cute town of Norland has the Riverside Inn Restaurant , general store, and chip truck. Coboconk which is south of Norland offers more places to eat such as pizza, fish and chips, Patti House BBQ restaurant , a bake shop, Tim Hortons, Foodland, LCBO and more.....
RiverHouse 1954 is located on a gravel road which is maintained municipally and locally. Some parts are hilly so a all wheel or 4x4 drive is recommended however non 4x4 vehicles are able access the road.
