2 separate dwelling where families will enjoy easy access to nature and amenties from this centrally located place.
The space
Located on 4.5 acres, this cottage and 375 sq. ft. self-contained cabin are a sound and cozy representation of many getaways at the south border of the Kawarthas/Haliburton Highlands region. The lakefront is the centrepiece of the property with plenty of watercraft, sand, docks for tanning and lounging, a raft, and crisp, clean, warm water. It is the best water you will experience while keeping an eye on the action and sandcastle construction onshore. A spectacular treehouse up top overlooks a slackline and a flat grass area away from the beach for bocce, soccer, volleyball, and the like. A firepit and your first night's wood are supplied.

The cottage is also accessible to many amenities. From a walking standpoint, the Rockcliffe Moore Falls serves delicious food and is licensed. Additionally, Coboconk, Norland, and Minden are all 20 min. or less. Kawartha Dairy, shopping, go-karts, look-offs, Boshkung Brewery, and restaurants are mere samples.

The extra cabin (large modern cabin with King size) is inclusive and has a bedroom, a comfortable living space, a view, and a washroom with running water and a toilet. This is a perfect hideaway for the grandparents or a family of 4.

Work away or on holiday (Internet streams and pulls in over 100 mbs down and 10 mbs up) . All our guests return year in and year out based on satisfaction and our appraisal of your good behaviour and clean fun. (Our family wants to enjoy it as well!)...IT IS MOSQUITO SPRAYED THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER!!
