The property has the size of a good hotel, however it looks a little bit old and needs some update. Some maintenance is required, old sink and toilet in the bathroom. La habitación descuidada llena de hongos de humedad, sábanas manchadas percudidas, agua fría, mal servicio. Tenía pagado 4 noches no hacen reembolso preferí solo quedarme una noche por qué ya era tarde y retirarme al siguiente día. Toda vía les di la opción de que me cambiaran de cuarto y negaron el servicio prefirieron perder un cliente. Fue la peor experiencia en hoteles en este viaje a Pachuca.

La habitación no contaba con agua embotellada, se la pedimos a reepción y nos dieron 2 de medio litro. No había toallas, la recamarista nos dio las que necesitabamos sin preguntar. El servicio de desayuno fue muuuuy tardado, pero cuando nos atendieron, lo hicieron con amabilidad.

En general, muy buen servicio, solo tuve unos detalles: en limpieza el baño tiene un poco de moho y no hubo suficientes toallas de baño además de que las toallas de mano estan un poco asperas. Con respecto al desayuno tardaron muchísimo en entregar los alimentos.
