Enjoy a bright open layout, granite island kitchen with a wine cooler, and a main-level Primary Suite with a spa-style walk-in shower. Unwind in the 6–8 person luxury hot tub or gather around the extra-large fire pit. You’ll also enjoy top-tier community amenities: pool (seasonal), tennis courts, and a sandy beach with pavilion and playground.

Herons Nest was designed for easy, elevated lake living: clean modern finishes, a cozy gathering-focused layout, and outdoor amenities that make evenings just as memorable as lake days.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. There is convenient driveway parking, and the neighborhood layout makes it easy to get to the community beach and amenities.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious, gourmet-style kitchen that easily accommodates a family or group, with a large granite island, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and the tools you need to cook real meals (not just “starter pack” basics). Coffee lovers will appreciate having everything set up for easy mornings. Outdoor amenities include a 6–8 person hot tub, an extra-large fire pit, and a covered front porch that’s perfect for relaxing after lake days. We also offer everything you need for an extended stay, including a washer and dryer. Please let us know if you plan to rent a pontoon boat and we can refer you to our trusted local partner (DV Rentals LKA). As our guest, you’ll also enjoy The Waters community amenities, including a sandy beach with a covered pavilion and playground, a seasonal pool, tennis courts, and marina access and nearby boat access areas (per HOA rules and seasonal availability).
**Additional Information:**
- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- 8 Adults Maximum
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed.
- No Pets Allowed.
*Pool is controlled by the community association and is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
