The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
There is a water trampoline for your use and fun. A waiver must be signed before use, and the rules are provided in the waiver.
Trash to be taken to the local refuse and recycle center, located at 5239 Zachary Taylor Hwy, Mineral, VA 23117 Hrs are 8-6 Monday–Saturday & 10-6 Sunday (holiday hrs vary)
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages. NO CATS
