Our stay to visit family was great! The house was big, very clean, and updated. There are train tracks next door, but with some sound machines we slept fine. The price was comparable to the hotel suite we would have needed and far better. The kitchen was adequate for small meals. The hosts had good communication. We hope to stay again next time we're in town.

Better than home!
We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a Vikings game and to celebrate Christmas. We needed a place that was pet friendly for our 1 year old blue heeler and big enough to accommodate a family of 3 couples. This home provided enough space & privacy as we wanted or needed. The kitchen was equipped enough that i was able to provide 2 big dinners and breakfasts. There is a hy-vee grocery store within a mile of the house which was super convenient. We were aware that the train tracks were working and only really noticed the passing trains once and then they became ambient noise. My boyfriend & my boys sleep with fans at home and having bedside small fans would have been perfect. The house was a great location, clean and cozy. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Holiday Gathering
The hosts are wonderful communicators. The home is comfortable and exactly what we needed. The train in the backyard is a bit much for me. We live in the countryside and are used to more quiet. If you are used to city sounds you will be fine. There is no train whistle, just engine noise. We will likely stay here again. Ill just sleep downstairs:)

Clean, Comfortable, and Roomy
We enjoyed our stay. Entire house newly updated. All furniture is new and comfortable including the beds. Downstairs family room was large and accommodated our group of 5. The only drawback was the proximity to the train tracks. While I find the sound of the train comforting other guest did not.
