the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. within walking distance to both the music venue (The Fillmore) and a lot of dining options. Staff at the front desk was great to work with too.

Parking is too expensive, cheaper to pay city parking rate. Otherwise very clean rooms, walking distance from restaurants etc.

I liked this hotel a lot. It was clean, friendly staff, available. Loved how close to the Twins Stadium it was. Dislikes were no pool. The breakfast area could be refilled more often to keep things going and variety. Didn't like the confusion on parking and pricing of parking. There is a $10/day difference to park for the hotel vs day parking. You couldn't pay for parking until 12pm when attending the ball game. Overall, would definitely stay at hotel again. There are not enough cons to not stay again!

5 stars because the hotel was great with a nice room and comfortable bed. BUT... i want to add 2 points first is... that this was listed as very close to the nice North loop area.. which in truth is not very useful because you have to walk through 10 blocks of bad neighborhood (IMO) to get there! Second point is parking was 50 bucks for two nights and not even gated. Nice staff also!

We turned on a lamp & the outlet arked & sparked flames. We then left the light unplugged for the remainder of the stay. Blinds would not open at all, called the front desk saying they would get it fixed & it never happened in the 3 days we stayed. Seat in bathroom had screws fall out & unbolted from the wall.
