This was an enjoyable experience. They were doing some renovations but we were there on the weekend and everything was cleaned up neat as a pin. I would stay there again.

Holiday Inn Construction

We stayed for a couple of hours and left because of the construction. Our entire hallway was stripped of carpeting, reeked of glue and construction smells. The room was ok initially, but the odors creeped in. This hotel should not have been open for business until the construction was complete.

Under renovation

Hotel has been undergoing renovations for I guess l er ONE YEAR! That would have been great to know! Rooms were freshly renovated, new carpet and furniture maybe. Walls were scuffed, room was very musty smelling. There was something under the carpet right by my bed, when I would get out of bed you could feel a big lump. Hallways were all torn up, no room numbers just tape with written numbers. I couldn’t believe they thought this was okay. Staff was great, but don’t open to the public in that state!

Only told after checking in that our floor was under construction. Terrible condition. Looked like third world numbers written on doors with masking tape Elevator broken/ out of order. Unbelievable to keep those rooms online in that condition. Deplorable and expensive.

We wanted a partial refund as we were on a floor totally under construction and my friend has bad asthma and had to use inhaler frequently due to wheezing and were told we had to get from refund from Expedia. They should have sent a warning for sensitive people as we would have cancelled! Such incredibly poor, thoughtless and inconsiderate business practice! I really hope you can GIVE us something back on this room as it was unbelieveable! (Couldn’t change rooms either as there were no other rooms on another floor.) Thank you, Teri Benton. Was disappointed to find out on second day that our room was not cleaned nor clean towels brought in. I would have appreciated that information told to us when checking in. This was first experience in not having a room cleaned daily. It was explained when we stopped at front desk inquiring about getting fresh towels. We have stayed here multiple times but again, it would have been nice to have that explained when checking in or booking on-line. Things that have been the norm in the past seem to change more and more.

Everything was good except the small toilets throughout the facility. The toilet in the lobby bathroom is supposed to be handicap accessible but with that small of a toilet it is too small and too low. Missing countertop in the room it was particle board.
