This cozy lake house is close to everything, making it easy to get around anywhere in the Twin Cities! 5 minutes to shops and grocery stores, 12 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 25 minutes to the Mall of America and St Paul/Mpls Airport. We have a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, games for all ages & more!

Hot Tub access hours: 7AM- 10PM
* Quiet hours are 10PM to 7:30AM.
* Our lake house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, no partying or events allowed. Thank you :)

Sleeping Arrangements/Bathrooms

Main Level -
- 1 Bedroom, 2 Twin Beds
- 2nd Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed
- Full Bathroom located in hallway
- 3rd Bedroom, 1 King Bed - Private full bathroom located in master bedroom


Lower Level (Basement) -
- 4th Bedroom, 2 Queen Beds
- Full bathroom located right outside the bedroom
- Daybed - 2 twins

- 2 additional Queen tri fold floor beds that can be placed in either the main or lower living room

House Rules/Additional Notes:

- ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

- Pedal boats allowed June 1- September 1. Kayaks are available May 1- until mid October 1 .

- We allow 5 regular sized vehicles per reservation. Driveway parking .

- Motor boats are not permitted on this lake. We provide pedal boats and kayaks. ** $150 refundable deposit is required to use our pedal boats and kayaks, waivers are also required

- You will be a 12 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis and 25 minutes to the Mall of America - St Paul/Minneapolis Airport

- Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund

- We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them

- If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up

-Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM

- No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.


- No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required

- Grill and Water toys available April-September /Snow & Ice completely cleared

- We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!

We traveled with my 85 yo Father in Law so it was very helpful to have everything on the main level. House was well stocked with necessities (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc). Great to have access to a shovel as well since it snowed while we were there.

Extremely clean property in a great location, 15 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. The lake is more like a large pond- we did use one of the kayaks and one of the paddle boats. It was lovely!The home has retained its 70’s charm which we enjoyed. The host let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late- so appreciated! Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again!

The layout of this space was perfect for our family vacation. Appreciated the gated yard, the hot tub and got a lot of use from the kayaks and paddleboats. We could stay inside but still observe the fun outside.The kitchen was very well equipped. Was easy to make all our meals for the trip. Plenty of towels and supplies in the bathrooms. The check out list is simple and quick, which helps with the early check out time.

Relaxing retreat

Our party of 9 had a lovely week exploring Minneapolis and the surrounding area. There was plenty of room for us to all be comfortable as we prepared for and relaxed after each adventure. Hot tub was great. Kayaks were fun. Didn't run out of towels! Laundry room was a life-saver. Had everything we needed.

Great for family gatherings!

We booked this property for a family get together and it was perfect for the occasion! Conveniently located and plenty of space to fit the 14 who could make it. The hosts were wonderful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Everything We Could Want!

This lakehouse was by far the best provisoned and cleanest home we have ever rented. Our family group of 9 adults (26-98), 3-year old, and infant thoroughly enjoyed its openness, beautiful view, neighborhood walking/running trails & playground, and the boats. Nothing is better than kayaking or peddle-boating peacefully away from the people you love! We are cooks, and found the kitchen to be a delight. Great pots and pans & utensils, plenty of dishes, ample counterspace for several cooks simultaneously. The labeling of cupboards & drawers, and the large basket of snacks were much appreciated! The blender is topnotch, and the coffeemaker and electric kettle also very nice. Coffee and tea, as well as many spices, are provided. The bathrooms have terrific showerheads, and niceties like cotton pads and Q-tips are provided. Having 3 full bathrooms was a godsend. The deck is huge. If you look closely at the photos, you'll see it is narrow where the sliding doors are but then opens to a very spacious covered area with a picnic table. Baby and child supples are plentiful: a travel crib, high chair, toys, games, plentiful kids' dishes and tablewear etc. So helpful! We stayed 6 nights and didn’t have time to use the hot tub or pool table, but having them as possibilities was great. The racks of like-new PFDs for the water covered probably every possible size, with many available in each size. Read about the amenities and study the photos to fully appreciate this gem!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our 3 sons and their families had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th Anniversary. The lake house had plenty of room with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks and peddle boats. Great place for a family gathering.

40th Anniversary Gathering

Gathered the clan from TX, IA, MN, and NC to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. This house was roomy, comfortable, clean, and fun. Hard to improve on it for our group of 9 adults and 2 kids 
 there was enough room for people to be together or retreat as each needed. Kayaks, fishing, and pedal boats were good diversions. Brought our bikes and enjoyed the nearby bike trails. The only thing that brought down my rating was the hot tub surface had a bit of an oil slick; tub sides were clean but the oil was a little off putting. Everyone got in and enjoyed the evening anyway. Would 100% recommend and would return if we had similar needs in future.

Home away from home

Home was in a great safe location tucked in a nice neighborhood. The house had lots of space and plenty of space to sleep many people. The host was great to work with as well.
