Booking Requirements: âą 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required. âą Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5â7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy. âą All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) âą All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. âą Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. âą A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. House Rules: âą Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Checkâin and checkâout times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees. âą This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable). âą No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. âą Only homes specifically labeled âPet Friendlyâ on the listing permit dogs; all other homes are strictly no-pet properties. Guests must notify the Minnestay team in advance if bringing a dog, and pet fees apply starting at $150. Most Pet Friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog unless otherwise approved. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties with prior notice; emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under this policy. âą This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). âą Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. âą Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. âą Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. âą Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. âą All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. âą Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. âą Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Overall it was what I expected from the listing. Very nice clean apartment and building was also very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay.
Your parking space is on the floor of your apartment which is a great set up for moving in and out and when the weather is not great.
Keep in mind during the day, as the listing states, the construction next door starts at 7 am sharp during the week. It didnât bother me as I was already up but donât plan on sleeping through that.
I gave a lower rating on the communication and check in because there were 5 emails sent and a few texts before I attached. They all had different information on them. The first night I ended up having to read through all of these again as I arrived back at the building after the outside door was locked. I tried using the online chat which just told me to call the number. Even though I provided my stay reference number they didnât seem to know where I was to provide any useful information. I ended up walking up the parking garage ramp and entering from that way. The lesson learned is read through everything ahead of time and write down all the codes and phone numbers needed at any given point. There is no in person contacts to use during your stay which was new to me. I should have prepared better for this process.
I will definitely stay here again or with Minnestay units. Now I am more familiar with
Location is great - close to restaurants and quick and easy walk to Target Field (to watch baseball, or hop on the light rail to get basically anywhere across the City)!
Parking spot located in the attached parkade is really convenient and a great bonus.
Space is great - lots of natural light from the windows and the rooftop balcony had great views. Kitchen had pretty much everything you'll need for a stay.
As of September/23 there was construction on the building right night door. They start at 7am sharp (usually done by 3pm). Ear plugs provided by the host were a good help, but if you're looking to sleep in would suggesting booking a room on the other side of the building for now.
Pay attention to the door information provided by the host. The key fob works for all of the interior spaces but between 9pm - 7am you will need the key code for the front entrance door. The code is provided by the host in email (just noticed lots of others having issues getting into the building in the evening).
Everything with the key code and fob felt secure and safe.
Would definitely stay at this location again!
We were so excited to stay at this property for a fun weekend with our kiddos. Iâll start out with the positive, the location is awesome and walkability is great to the ballpark and restaurants. Now, on to the unfortunate rest of the story. Upon arrival, the key fob would not work. So, we were stuck in the main entrance with 2 kids, 80 degree weather, and the prop man office not answering. Another guest ended up letting us in and the prop man comp did call back within 10 minutes. When finding our room (which was stated as 68 but was actually 608; another confusing detail) the door knob fell off when trying to open the door. The unit was very well lovedâŠ.lots of dings/stains on wall, broken cupboard in bathroom, screw coming out of shower door, dust throughout, moldy coffee maker, and to be honest, dirty. The furniture was lacking. A very cheaply made bed/mattress and couch. You could tell that there was not much attention to detail given to the maintenance of the unit. The unit is also SMALL. The prop man comp did take care of repairs the next day. Upon getting settled, we discovered stains all over various linens. It was quite frankly, disgusting. The rooftop patio which we were SO excited to use, was not maintained and was filthyâŠ.broken light bulbs, dusty film everywhere, grill caked with grim.
We were so disappointed and underwhelmed, we checked out 2 days early. The prop man comp did rectify and refunded us for the remaining 2 nights.
I would NOT recommend this unit
The place was super clean, and a perfect spot for a mini romantic getaway. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our time and appreciated all the amenities!! Definitely will book again!!
