3rd time staying there and overall happy with the location and service. This time though for 2 nights there was a large, noisy, uncaring of others crowd on the 12th floor. Despite calling the front desk multiple times they weren't kicked out until late on the second night. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

The room was fine and is in a nice location for other entertainment. We stayed 4 days but they never services our room. I have stayed here 2 times before, but this time, there was a crowd of very inconsiderate partiers on our floor for 2 nights. I had to call the front desk multiple times and they finally kicked them out of the hotel. I mean beyond obnoxious. Stay was good overall though.

The pull out sofa was not made up. Also there was 1 very thin blanket only. I used the pad as a blanket. Everyone was awesome. Breakfast was not well stocked.

Our experience started with Crystal at the front desk. I called a couple days before we arrived to ask some questions and she was very nice and professional. I was able to meet her when we arrived and thanked her in person. Our stay was perfect, good location very clean.

There was no dish washing soap for the three items e used. Had to run dishwasher instead. No view, only office bldg and parking ramp. If we were staying more than one night, I would have asked for a different room. Price was too high for that room. Food was cold, ran out quickly, coffee kept running out due to only one urn. It was empty immediately each time brought out. No butter for toasted items.

Pros: very convenience and safe parking, friendly staff, good breakfast with variety. Cons: housekeeping did not clean the rooms while we were there. Typical resupplying of items like soap, Kleenex was not done. A few issues with the room. One bathroom had a leaky sink and was slow to drain, the other bathroom. Most of the lights were burnt out. The area between the vinyl tiled, kitchen, and carpeted area was taped down with electrical tape. Not what I expect from Marriott residence Inn.
