Overall great, but parking was pricey

My visit was very nice. I enjoyed the hotel, the room, the amenities, and the location was close to everything I needed. I would say the main reason I am not giving 5-stars is because there was a lack of communication in terms of parking. The hotel doesn't validate for the attached parking structure as it's a third party, so you had to pay every time you left. And the price skyrocketed when twins games were being paid, so I had to pay that rate for 3 of the days I was there as the twins had 3 home games during my stay. Had there been better communication, it would have been fine, but I was caught off guard by the very high prices of parking.

This was the most seamless “hotel” stay I’ve ever had. Location was perfect for my destination. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and free luggage storage so I didn’t have to lug all my stuff around town all day with a late flight. Would definitely stay with Sonder again.

Great location and very clean

Great hotel but only downside is you have to pre-register since it is all electronic without a front desk. Also parking at this particular hotel was not included and can come unto almost $50 in two days.

My first time booking with Sonder. It is home, away from home. Room was stock with what you need with washer and dryer. The fridge in the room i thought was going to be a problem but no. Rail stop was right across the street. Only issue was the window blinds. Didn't make room dark enough for the morning sun rise. The staff member that help me on how to use the app was awesome.

The Sonder wifi provided never showed up in my networks so i had to hotspot in to work. Minor cosmetic touchups could be made: scuffs on the wall, crooked tv, but the overall comfort of Sonder NLG was amazing. Loved the keyless entry, amenities of club house, golf simulator, etc. Would stay again

Sonder atNorth loop green has everything. Across the st I’d target field, hime to the mlb twins. If you don’t feel like going to the ballpark, you can watch the game in the lobby on the 18 th floor. Rooms are emasculate, full kitchen nice city views. Restaurants are within walking distance. Customer service is great. Parking garage attached to the hotel. Has a great time, will definitely stay here next time we go to Minnesota

We loved their system. The Sonder mobile app can be used as the hotel card key, as well as for any questions, requests, and stay info. Having a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a washer and dryer all in the room made our stay much more easy and pleasant. The place is clean, looks brand new. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to stay at their hotels if they are an option in other cities we plan to visit.

The place is great. It has all things that an apartment needs to have. But ...If you need to do some groceries, you need to walk a little bit. Wholefood is about 5 walks away.
