My only complaint is charging $6 for a bottle of water at the front desk. Would have been nice to have a free bottle or two in the room.

Third Stay at this location

The hotel is in a great location for us to stay at to visit our daughter in Minneapolis. This was our third time staying at this hotel. The room on this trip had the air conditioning running, but still felt humid in the room. The breakfast had great choices and was a great start to our day. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. At check in the staff said they were eventually going to start charging for parking. I hope they do not because free parking is one reason why we choose this hotel.

Staff was really friendly and we liked the area alot. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. But the bed wasn't terribly comfortable and there was some staining in the tub. The hot tub was out of order which was a big bummer.

I stayed at this property while in town for a wedding and appreciated the convenience of being able to check in early with two rooms. However, I did encounter a few concerns during my stay. Both rooms had a noticeable musty/sweaty odor upon arrival, which made the initial impression less welcoming. In addition, one of the rooms had a clogged toilet. When I first requested assistance, a plunger was left at the door rather than the issue being addressed directly. After following up again with the front desk, maintenance did come to fix it, but unfortunately the toilet became clogged again later.
