The view of the lake was awesome. Layout of the house was great. We were 9 adults and there was plenty of sleeping room and room to socialize together.
We loved it! Perfect Lake view from the living room and kitchen. Perfect size house, bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor provide privacy and noise separation when needed. Pack and play available for real little ones which we used as our granddaughter is only 2. Sandbox for kids too. Shishebogama Lake was a great size for exploring on boat or jet skis. Wonderful size kitchen for preparing meals. A lot of seating for eating meals and playing games together.
This house was great. Plenty of space, bathrooms on each floor which helps with large groups. The sun room was the highlight. We ate most of our meals there, surrounded by windows on three sides, with the sun setting shining in and great view of the lake. Couple of kayaks, 3 or 4 paddle boards, a canoe and a row boat. One thing to note is the water gets deep pretty quickly. Iâd say 4 or 5 feet from shore and you canât stand in the water anymore (which is great for swimming but would need to be careful with toddlers). Also you can hear cars when they drive down the road. All in all loved our stay!
Beautiful lake and property! Plenty of room and amenities. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have used the kayaks and SUPs. Nice area for playing games indoors. Most of the bedrooms were very large. We met the very nice owner as she was staying next door. She was helpful and accommodating. A few things to note: they do not provide towels. You need to bring toilet paper. Check out is 9am. You need to bring chairs for the fire pit. Our only complaint was the mattresses were very soft. The one in the basement was not usable so we were glad we didnât need the 4th bedroom. The other 3 also need replaced
