Pool water was freezing. There were no available towels. When I asked the front desk for towels I was told they didn’t have any. Was charged three times for the security deposit and twice for the room. Breakfast selection was not impressive.

For us, we won't go back....

Pros: It was easy to get on and off the highway. The pool was fun for our daughter.
Cons: Check your room to make sure it's clean! If you have a crawler, double check the floors!
Location: It was across the state fair grounds, and down the street from the zoo. Also there is a restaurant connected to the hotel to eat at.
Our room was NOT clean when we checked in. The bathroom floor was filthy. I took a wash cloth and used hot water to clean the floor and it turned brown with the dirt! I even stepped on glass about a foot away from my crawling baby. Not impressed. The manager and head of housekeeping promptly took care of it with getting the room cleaned right then. (This is the short story) That was great. My older daughter loved the pool. The breakfast was good except you had to pay for it, it wasn't free.

Itemized charges

Hotel claimed that detailed invoice of stay would be e-mailed.  Nearly two weeks later have yet to receive itemized invoice or any invoice at alll for that matter

This hotel had such comfort.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet

Very nice hotel, quiet, comfortable bed & pillows.

Cons: No free Internet
Very nice accomodations, pricing a bit high due to strong demand in Minot, no complimentary breakfast.

wonderful staff

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Staff were friendly and very accomodating. Grandkids had a wonderful time in the waterpark. Rooms clean and very comfortable and bed was wonderful.

Great Getaway

My daughter and I stayed here in March 2009. The rooom was exceptionally clean, the linens were fresh (I especially loved the duvet because the cover was changable, NOT the same synthetic bedspread thrown back on the bed after the previous person that you often get at hotels). My daughter loved the pool area, and the restaurant that was attached was very convenient. Yes, it is not as close to shopping as some may like, but in Minot, it takes on a few minutes to get to your destination. The staff were friendly and helpful as well!
