Penny and Sasha were amazing! I was staying because of a friend’s medical emergency and didn't have plans, everything I needed, etc. Penny and Sasha fixed me up! Between flexibility with rooms and a phone charger and just plain caring and concern, I felt taken care of and a burden lifted during a difficult time. Highly recommend Microtel for its convenient location, medical-clinic rates and caring staff. Will aways be my top-choice for Minot stays.

(Sorry if I am not spelling correctly). She was so bubbly, welcoming, and professional, even brought my doordash order to my door when the driver had just left it at the desk. Thank you!
