Summary:

Beautiful home in the Sandestin golf and beach resort! Includes a 6 person golf cart! 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 full bed) and 3 full baths. The entire house has been upgraded including all new floors, kitchen, baths and paint! From the moment you step inside the house you'll see the beautiful bay. Close to Baytowne Wharf and the beach.



We also have two twin sleeper sofas in the living room.



The Space:

This house is nestled in a small group of homes that sit right on the Bay. Not only is the setting beautiful but your location allows you to walk 1 min to the pool, 2 min to Baytowne Wharf or a 5 min golf cart ride to the Beach. Peace and quiet combined with near by activities makes this house a perfect stay for your next vacation!

Fantastic home in a great location.

The house was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. The San Destin community is one of our favorites with the amenities and it’s a bonus you can golf cart to restaurants, shops, the grocery store and the beach!

Wonderful property and excellent location!

The home is beautiful with great indoor and outdoor living space. Excellent for a family vacation or getaway with friends. We loved hanging out in the screened in porch that overlooks the bay. This location is perfect inside Sandestin with walk ability to pool, tennis, marina, Hotel Effie, and the Wharf. Close golf cart ride to the beach and the grocery store. We loved it and our host was responsive and helpful!

Perfect Long Weekend!

The house is in a great location! Easily accessible to Grand Boulevard, The Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Beach! The golf cart makes it easy to get around without using your car. The home has everything you need and a great porch & dock for hanging out. We also had a couple of otters come visit right out back! Owner responds quickly with any issues. We’d definitely rent this house again!

Amazing place!

Location was so good. It was close to everything. We loved the cleanliness of this charming home. Everything about this place is top notch. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook with, great attention to detail throughout, and Eric the host was caring and excellent with communications.

Excellent vacation home

Our stay was great! The house was very nice and had recently been updated. The beds were all very comfortable and the upper and lower decks were nice to spend a relaxing evening or morning. The golf cart and location were definitely a plus - close to the pool, Baytowne Wharf, and an easy golf cart ride to the beach.

Short Beach Getaway

My husband and I booked this place for a last minute beach getaway. The house is absolutely perfect, everything is upgraded and new and the house is in a great location. Golf cart is also new and is the best way to get around the resort. We would absolutely stay here again!
