In Miramar Beach's heart, this lovely 3-bedroom cottage is ready for you. Nestled just a short 4-minute walk from the renowned Destin Beaches and a 5-minute drive from the stunning Henderson Beach State Park, this property offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquility and endless adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to satisfy your culinary cravings. Unwind in the cozy living room, or step out onto the balcony to soak in the breathtaking ocean views. Besides the 3 large bedrooms we also have a bonu bunk room. It is just big enough for the bunk beds and a small dresser w tv, but it does have a door for privacy.

This visit we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. Did not have the fresh & clean smell. The floor in front of fridge had a big sticky spot. Inside fridge there were red & yellow spills. The towels and sheets in downstairs bedroom were very hairy. We’re just letting you know because this is not the standard we have come to expect. Sometimes people get lack in their duties & wanted to let you know.

Great Family Stay, Perfect spot along Scenic 98

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to beach and in a fantastic location in Miramar Beach. Entry into the gated community and check-in process to house was easy. Communications with Kathy the property manager was great. She was very responsive and very helpful. Short walk to beach. Family enjoyed our stay and recommend this proper for a family vacation.

Fun in the Sun!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sand n Sea cottage. The inside was very nice and well kept. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely add it to my list of places to stay again next time I return to Destin area.

The location of the home is fantastic, short walk to beach. The unit was clean and well stocked. We have stayed in this unit before and would do so again. Some of the family room furniture was updated which was needed. However, the kitchen barstools are unstable and also need replacement. Overall, great stay and fun vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand n Sea. The location was perfect and the houses were all so nice. Pleasantly surprised by the community pool-held a lot of people but never felt crowded. I’d definitely go back!

Wonderful house, property, pool, and close to the beach!

We had a great time with our 6 kids- ages 5 up to 16! It was a big house and the perfect size for our family. The property was in a fantastic location in Miramar Beach and was close to shops, restaurants, etc. The kids loved the heated pool and it was steps from the house. We could see the beach from the front porch and the second story porch too. The beach was a short walk from the house which was great as well. Not to mention the beach access gate for the property was a major plus in addition to the beach umbrella and two chairs that were set up daily for us (it was included in the stay of the house)! All we had to do was go down to the beach and reserve our spot each day. A nice gentleman was walking around with a clipboard. Overall a wonderful stay and experience! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location

5m to the beach, 30s to the pool. Just a fantastic, easy spot for families. The beach service(chairs and umbrella) was so convenient and cut down on the things we were hauling over w our 3 small children. House was clean and well-equipped, plenty of room for everyone. Quiet community w other families vacationing, no spring breakers or rowdy groups.

Good stay.

We stayed for one week with 4 adults and 2 children. Overall a great experience, common areas spacious, the kitchen is furnished with everything you could need to cook, plenty of towels, comfortable bed with nice linens (I recommend bringing pillows as these were on the thin side), and great communication with the property manager. You have to cross a street to get to the beach but it is a two lane, residential type road with many pedestrian crossings and most cars do stop to give people the right of way. This stretch of beach is amazing for small children- smaller waves and extended shallow area. Only hiccup on our trip was that housekeeping did not clean the house as they should have but the manager took care of it by offering to resend the cleaning crew. Management responded within one hour of sending an email and continued to follow up. This could happen anywhere so I wouldn't let it deter you from booking here. Excellent property!

Excellant family vacation home!

Couldn’t have asked for a better VRbO vacation home. We had everything necessary for our stay and loved the deco and furniture/ beds. We felt right at home and would recommend to anyone traveling with larger / or extended family. Thank you for providing all the pool/beach fun bodyboards!
