The first level is detached from the rest of the house, offering additional privacy and a ground floor King Bedroom. There are sleeping accommodations all together for six guests, including a nicely appointed King Primary Bedroom.

This home is right across the beach at Scenic Gulf Drive. There are many options for dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. The Silver Sands Premium Outlets are a distance away. Surf Hut and Royal Palm Grill are some great dining options within a short distance to the house. Not to mention a host of options nearby at Seascape and Sandestin Resorts, located within a short drive to the property. Best of all is the sizable public beach access point directly across from Alamo Street, a hot commodity in Miramar Beach/Walton County. This house is built for "Chillin' the Most"!
