Welcome to “Eagles Escape,” a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa situated on the Links Golf Course on the bayside of the resort. Our recently remodeled townhome is located just steps from the catch-n-release lake and only 1.5 miles from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This extraordinary retreat is professionally designed with the latest in modern conveniences. It features a spacious deck, a 6-seat golf cart and stunning views of the golf course and Choctawhatchee Bay. In addition, guests can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a matching quartz backsplash. Nice property, as advertised. Bunk room was great, the kids really enjoyed it. The golf cart was a nice bonus.

We stayed in January so it was chilly, we didn’t use the back deck. But the house was perfect for our family. The kids bunk bed room was a hit! The golfcart to take around the resort was one of our favorites! The pool closest to the house was our favorite (it was heated!) Sandestin beat all our expectations, we had a wonderful week there!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was good. had major issues with the golf cart, which never seemed to be a concern or addressed. Constantly would die and have to be plugged in. Yes, other transportation options, but management wasn't the easiest to work with.

Property was nice and spacious. Close to the pool and the golf cart was great to get around. Maps of Sandestin would have been great to have to navigate. More details about golf/workout/walking trails would have been nice. The bunk room was spacious and with a large bathroom to handle the crew. We do not wear shoes in a house, it was apparent the floors were swept before our arrival but probably not cleaned/mopped. Our feet were dirty from walking around inside the home.....that is my only complaint.

The house was very nice. There was a roach in the kitchen when we checked in. I would also recommend sprucing up the amenities. We did not have toilet paper or soap in some bathrooms. Most places leave a starter kit of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. We didn’t have any of these items. Hope this info helps to make your future guests stay a little better.

In listing it says 2 vehicle parking but it is one. That was the only problem. Communication was great, house was great, it was a wonderful vacation!
