A beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with huge private fenced in backyard complete with fire pit, double deck patio with covered pergola and a grilling area. Master bedroom suite has a king bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a king bed, and third bedroom has twin beds. TVs with cable in each bedroom, WIFI and a full laundry room.

Take the short 2 block stroll to Pompano Joe's, sit back, relax, and enjoy a cocktail while watching the incredible sunset over the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Miramar Beach.

After a night on the town or a wonderful meal at one of our many local restaurants, head back home to relax on your private backyard deck or lounge inside on one of the lavish couches and watch your favorite TV show or movie.

Spacious Common Area

This was our 3rd year to stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean! The fridge is big and very clean! The electric oven was clean and worked well. Comfy beds. Backyard area was nice. Looks like they are upgrading the back porch. Lots of space. Charcoal grill works well. Big washer and dryer.

The house was nice and spacious. Decent size bedrooms and walking distance to beach. Private back yard with lots of furniture. The deck has seen better days, could use some new wood. There is a gas grill on the deck but it does not work. The house was nice inside except the floor was very dirty and needed to be cleaned upon our arrival and the linens had holes in them. A small cockroach problem in the laundry room but there is spray for that. Overall it was a good stay, appliances and ac work well. Showers were nice.

Perfect location!

Location is easy to get to beach and near shopping and eating places. Open floor plan make’s visiting with others easy. Beds are comfy.. if you prefer a softer bed then you will sleep well! Door lock had a problem but owners immediately called us and resolved the issue. Owners are very helpful in making sure your stay goes well. This is our second year to stay here and it’s been great both times.

Family Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time at this rental!!! It was very nice and in a great location! It is near all the fun, but it is very quiet and peaceful! We loved the backyard area, just beautiful!! The beds are so comfortable!!! I honestly didn’t want to leave! This place is a hidden gem!!!! I will definitely be back to rent this next year if it’s available. Beautiful house, great location

The house does not look like much from the street but once you step inside it is great. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil we could imagine to need. And then some. Uptodate washer and drier. The huge, lush garden is a haven of tranquillity with several spaces where to hang out. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach. Tricia was a wonderful hostess, available every time we had questions. Thank you for having the opportunity to stay at your house for a great beach vacation!

Awesome location!

This was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. It was close enough to the beach so if anyone wanted to go back sooner from the beach they could but it was far enough from Gulf shore Drive that we did not have the traffic noise. The outdoor space was very relaxing. It was well shaded with lots of comfortable furniture. The electric grill had a full tank of propane and did a wonderful job as we grilled each evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from the smallest saucepan to the largest deep boiling pot for a shrimp bowl. Air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, and anything else you could think of. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware to easily get through the day without running out of clean dishes. The washer and dryer were used daily by us. They did a wonderful job of washing and drying the beach towels, which often times rental washers and dryers don’t do well with, but these were top rate! The AC unit kept the house at a comfortable temperature. We typically kept it around 70° to 72°. and it was plenty cool for us. It really works well in the Florida heat. The water pressure in the showers was excellent! Several of us had long, thick hair and it did a wonderful job of rinsing the shampoo out of our hair. If you’ve ever used a shower with poor water pressure then you’ll understand how important this was. The beds were very comfortable!!

Nice home close to the beach

Great place for a family to stay. Plenty of room inside and yes- a short walk to Pompano Joes and public beach access. Backyard/ deck area is spacious and comfortable. Coffee in the morning and fire in the evenings after dinner. Wanted to book again next year but somebody beat us to it. Hope to stay again!

Trip to the beach

Great house. Excellent outdoor space. Roomy and well appointed house. A few of the mattresses could used a replacement as they say heavily in the middle (the master bedroom and one of the twins specifically). Short walk (about 10-12 minutes with kids) to the public (and very busy) beach. Owners are very responsive if you have any questions or concerns.
