Well appointed and equipped for all travelers. If you want excitement & activity, there is so much: swimming in the crystal clear Gulf or one of several pools, putt-putt golf, basketball, nature trails, etc. Or you have access to rent paddle boards, kayaks, and jet skis; book a deep sea fishing trip; Baytowne Wharf; shopping at the outlet mall or Grand Boulevard, etc. If it is peace and quiet you want, you can have that too as this unit overlooks the Topsail Hill Nature Preserve. King size bed in Primary bedroom with emerald water view. Guest room has 2 FULL (not Queen) beds.

Why do you come to this part of Florida? To see that emerald water and sugar white sand, of course! This unit has that and more. From the balcony you view the pristine Topsail Hill Nature Preserve and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. From the front, you can even see the fireworks from Baytowne Wharf and views of the Bay. 3 elevators make this very accessible and the walk to the beach is very short (approximately 300 yards with no road to cross.) The 52 acre Tops'l Resort has much to offer for free: 18 hole putt-putt course, multiple pools, hot tub, etc. Blue Dunes Grill (casual dining and drinks by the beach), the Topspin Bistro (at the Racquet Club for casual dining), and the Ocean Club (more upscale dining by the entrance) are 3 all-time favorite places to eat without leaving the resort!

OPTIONAL: The Topsl Tennis Club and Fitness Center amenities are available to our guests for an ADDITIONAL $50 per day with a 3-day minimum, which includes amenities for ALL guests staying at the condo. You will have access to a state of the art fitness center (over 16 yr. old only), sauna and steam rooms, 12 clay tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, racquetball courts, and indoor-outdoor swimming pool. You MUST let us know ahead of time if you want to purchase the extra amenities, so that the Club can have your pass ready. You will pay us and we will contact the Club. If you are only interested in the beach , 2 swimming pools (Summit pool and Beach-front pool) and mini putt-putt course, you do NOT need to purchase an amenity pass.

This is where our favorite Publix is located as well as Pottery Barn, Lilly Pulitzer, Altar'd State, Tommy Bahama, etc. and some small boutiques and restaurants such as P.F. Changs, Cantina Laredo, Flemings Steakhouse, etc. We love Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast or brunch.

Eglin Air Force Base and Air Force Armament Museum (27 miles) - kids love to tour this and admission is free!

Wat Mongkolratanaram Temple in Ft. Walton Beach - a peaceful spot to tour, and on Sundays they have a food market. (22 miles)

Topsail Hill Nature Preserve (Entrance is about 2 mi. away on 30-A) This is a 1640 acre nature preserve which offers a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall. Three rare coastal dune lakes provide excellent freshwater fishing. (The only other locations in the world for coastal dune lakes are Australia and New Zealand!) Boats are not allowed but you can fish from the shoreline for bass, bream, panfish, and catfish. Lakes, pristine beaches, old-growth long leaf pines, sand pine scrub, and a variety of wetlands offer a bird-watching and hiking paradise. NOTE: There are signs for alligators, bears, and snakes, so please be aware.
