Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The association has cameras in the common areas and fine $100 per incident.

PARKING:
Seascape Resort charges a parking fee of $10 per vehicle per stay shorter than 30 days. Included in the reservation is 1 parking pass. Winter guest have to purchase their parking pass at the HOA office. If you need a different amount of parking passes please let us know immediately, so we can adjust the charge accordingly. We will mail out the amount of paid parking passes once the final payment has been made.

Our vacation home is on the 4th floor and is professionally furnished with many upgrades throughout. Once you stay in our unit, when it comes time to leave, you already are planning you next trip back.The master bedroom includes a premium extra thick pillow top queen size bed with dresser and night stands, TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offer one a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay.The living room features a large sleeper/sofa, a chair and coffee table, a large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which includes a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster for optimum convenience.The two built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses are sure to keep the kids deep asleep after a long day at the beach, and another couple can comfortably sleep on the pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The unit also includes a GE washer and dryer.

Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping.As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated in the spring. The zero entry level pool with the "Mushroom Fountain" is great for the little ones.

Spring Break Stay

It was a nice property, good size, good ocean and pool view but it was not up to our standard for cleanliness. It needs a deep cleaning. Floors, cabinets baseboards appliances etc all need a deep cleaning.

Fantastic view of the ocean and a good location. Had to scrub both coffee pots and goldfish snacks in the sleeper sofa from who knows when.One toilet missing a bolt causing it to wobble. Not the owner's fault but two elevators were in and out of service during our stay, making ingress/egress from a 24 story building a bit daunting. Overall cleanliness was fair, but I think COVID days require things to be extra clean. Pool was great, easy access to the beach, property was in good condition. Marcella was a pleasure to work with. Easy communication and quick response. When notified about a faulty deck door lock, maintenance was there the next morning to fix it. With a bit more attention by the cleaning crew, this would be a 5 star review.

Great location

Great stay with the family. Kids loved the pool and the beach. Also the pizza and ice cream was great in cabana cafe. Wish they had umbrellas by the pool so be sure to get there early to get a seat in the shade if you got little ones.

Amazing Place!

This is a great vacation place to stay at with friends or family. Beach was walking distance; no more than 5 minutes. The host was SO kind and friendly. She was always available to help with anything one needed. The rooms were clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked up with all the items one would need to cook. Everything was nice and organized upon our arrival.

Great Location

My friend and i stayed here for the week. The check in process is super easy and the location is great. We walked to several restaurants and bars and of course to the ocean. They provide toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. They do provide some dishes but we did not cook. It was kinda dirty when we checked in (dirty coffee pot, cigarette on the patio but nothing we couldn't live with. Overall it was a great week and I would come back.

Ariel Dunes 402

Check in process was effortless and the location is great just a short walk to the beautiful beach and a very nice water view. Just a few issues with the condo itself the first being missing stools from the balcony and the kitchen counter. We did receive new stools for the kitchen counter towards the end of our three month stay but never got an explanation as to why the balcony did not have the full patio set as pictured on the app. Also, the unit was not very clean when we arrived, we had to throughly clean the shower and the refrigerator had something sticky that must have dripped to the drawers because we couldn’t open them until we wiped it out with hot water. The guest toilet was super wobbly and the dryer was putting rust stains on all of our white shirts. The property manager was very helpful in getting the toilet fixed but by the end of our stay it was wobbling again, also the dryer needed a new part so that was on order when we left. Another issue we had was that the unit was way overstocked with many duplicate items, all the cabinets were full and there was no place to put food. The wall decor was not to our taste, old school Kirkland’s but that is minor. On a positive note, the floors are beautiful, the balcony is very spacious and the master bed was super comfortable. Thanks Marcella for always responding quickly.

Great location but needs a good cleaning.

The location and amenities were great. The condo needs some love with the cleanliness. Definitely needs a good cleaning on floor and bathrooms. Couch needs to be replaced. Needs more furniture in living room if it’s supposed to sleep 8. Only places for up to 4 to sit in sitting area. I would rent again if these things were fixed.

Perfect place to stay!!

Loved this condo for our girls trip getaway!! Just a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping centers just minutes away, and such a clean, spacious condo! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway.
