Stunning townhome at Bayou Village with a 6 seat GOLF CART included! Recently updated, #627 is located on the North side of the resort, this stunning residence is perfectly situated lakeside with picturesque fountain views. Panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the marina can be enjoyed from the living area. The beach is just a 7-10 minute ride away by golf cart or tram. You may also take the golf cart to the Village of Baytowne Wharf where you will find restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment.

For a relaxing afternoon, spend some time outside on the screened porch and take in a remarkable view of the bay, lake, and fountain. The sunken family room is comfortable and inviting with new furniture! There is a new HDTV for your entertainment. Our gourmet kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for four guests, and two seats at the bar. For your convenience, there is a full bath just inside the door to make cleaning off after the beach, an easy chore! There is a stacked washer and dryer as well.

Upstairs, you'll find our master bedroom suite which offers a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private balcony just outside the master suite. The master bathroom has been recently updated and offers a shower/tub combo with an updated vanity. The guest bedroom features a brand new queen over queen bunk. The guest bathroom offers a brand new bathtub-shower combination.

Bayou Village overlooks a scenic lake and offers a view of Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Marina. This is a wonderful spot to watch the summer fireworks show! There are two nearby swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our townhome. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
