Not as nice as I would have hoped!

The property looked like the pics however needs updating. Hole in ceiling over toilet. Very small fridge and absolutely No HOT water for showers. Part of the shower head was broken and no water came out of it. Way too much construction in the area for summertime and to go anywhere took 3x the amount of time it would state on GPS. Beaches were insane. They have way too many umbrellas/chairs they are trying to rent and no room for guests. Everyone has to sit on top of each other which is very hazardous. Would never come back during this time of year and would probably stay somewhere else.

Clean and Updated

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay in this property. The condo was updated as compared to the pic online. It was very clean and the views of the bay were beautiful. I liked the little patio outside. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Only drawbacks were internet didn’t reach all the way into the bedroom, and fridge was small but that wasn’t important for our stay and was not an issue.

Family getaway

Great place to vacation. Needed extra blankets and towel housekeeping never came . I was instructed to come to the office to get some she sat them aside for me . Drive to the office 10 minutes later to find out they had no blankets or towels. So I slept with no blankets so my kids could have blankets for the let out couch . Other than this it was great .

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary this weekend & let me tell you, this condo & resort was FABULOUS ! We can’t wait to come back! The condo was very clean & everything you need is provided for you.

Additional night added for Babymoon

After spending a week on the beachside of Sandestin Resort my wife and I wanted to add another night to our babymoon and see fireworks on the 4th of July. Glad we found this spot. The views of the bay were beautiful and relaxing. We were able to walk over and see the firework show at Baytowne Wharf which was one of the better firework shows we’ve seen on July 4th. The room is located next to the Links golf course and was able to play a 3 hour round right after we checked in. (Literally across the parking lot). We highly recommend getting brunch from Sunset Bay Cafe. (3 minute walk from the room). We loved the King size bed, walk-in shower, and covered patio. Two cons: 1) small mini-fridge. Not a full size. So if staying for a long time that could be a challenge. 2) room is right by the stairwell, so you can hear the door slam Otherwise a great spot for a couple looking to a few nights away and save money compared to beachfront options!

Good spot to stay

Everyone is to there self as is in you do your own thing and so do others The room is great one bedroom but has a pull out bed in couch where my children slept worked out perfect the view of the bay is great and beautiful the kitchen has everything you need only thing is a small refrigerator bathroom is huge lots of space I will be coming back again

My husband and I got rashes from sitting on the couch. He had to go to the doctor.

It was okay. Right on the water which was nice. The refrigerator was so small you could hardly put anything in it. No dishwasher like it said in the listings. Be careful sitting on the couch. Never know what you will come up with.
