The communication was terrible. I booked this condo through Expedia, and the confirmation email didn't list my room info. I arrived at the office (the only address I was given) and had to call twice to get the address, room number and access codes. I was treated like an idiot because I wasn't given the correct information. The day of check out, I was told it was 11, and at 10 I arrived at the condo with the cleaning services already inside telling me to get out. There were also hidden fees that weren't listed until after I booked my reservation. That doubled the cost. Yes, the place is a short walk from the beach, but I wasn't pleased with the indiscretions of services. The wifi was out when we arrived, the cable was out due to repairs, and I sat in the dark for a couple of hours when the power went out. It was a lot of trouble for what was supposed to be a relaxing week. If the communication between parties was better, it would have been a lot nicer.
