Enter condo C303 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Great property and location

Condo just right size for 2 adults and even couple of children. Great view of pool and the ocean. Can’t get any closer to the water. Condo is close to several restaurants and other activities. Property mgrs were very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely be back.

Great location and easy beach access
 only issue was when we booked the listing the sleeping arrangements showed 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and when we got there one of the beds had been replaced with a bunk bed. This did create an issue with our sleeping arrangement but overall everything was nice.

Great beachfront condo in Miramar

Well maintained and clean property on beach. Great communication with owner and manager. Nice checkin gift. Would give it a 10 except for the requirement that all towels be washed and dried before leaving or $50 fine. When you pay this much for a property, you don't expect to have to do their laundry when you leave.

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the property and location. We have been to Destin 6 times in the last few years and we enjoyed this low key property versus the giant high rise condos. The two chairs and umbrella included where the icing on the cake!

if you want a bargain on a property right in the beach, this one’s for you. This property was a little more dated than some where I have stayed, but the couch and recliners looked new, and the unit was clean and comfortable. This was the closest that I have ever gotten to the beach in a unit. There was a great vibe, too, as it was uncrowded and people were staying out until dark. Just really nice. Would stay again for sure.

Summer Fun

We loved the location of the condo. Getting up every morning and having breakfast on the balcony was great. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. The only thing I didn't like was other balconies were smoking in the evenings, and it was difficult to enjoy the views at night. Even with a subtropical storm our family had a wonderful stay together at the condo.

Amazing location and view!!

My family really enjoyed the location and amenities of this condo. You could actually see the ocean from the kitchen! The beds were soooo comfortable. The main living furniture could stand to be updated but it still suited our needs. My favorite thing was walking down to the beach every morning and having 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Awesome Relaxing Vacation!

Great view and beach access

We were down on Spring Break week. It was very busy, but the noise levels were hardly noticeable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again. Our kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach (which is exactly 1 min walk downstairs). This location is very near the Sandestin Mall. If you want to go into Destin, you can expect up to 20 minutes drive time (for about 8 miles travel). There is a lot of construction on the roadway right now (March 2018), so that may clear up by the summer time. Winn Dixie is 5 minutes down the road for everything you need. While most beaches on resorts are super crowded, the private beach area was very roomy for this location. In addition, we really liked the fact that the room came with beach service and resort made sure to keep unobstructed views for the patrons. If you bring your own umbrella and chairs, there is plenty of room behind the beach service chairs to set up. Thanks for having us! We really enjoyed a relaxing Spring Break getaway!

Nice place away from the large crowds

My wife and I had a very nice time at this property. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the third floor large balcony with the great view of the ocean. The pool was great and heated which proved to be perfect during the cooler windy days. We have visited Destin many times but never gone to the Surf Hut which is only two doors down from the room. We ended up going two nights we enjoyed it so much. Having the chairs ready for us on the beach each day was very nice and very private compared to the larger units holding many more people. Moving carts were available for loading and unloading our things and a gift basket was left for us upon arrival. We would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect, Low Key Beach Stay

1st everything was spotless. That's a big deal. Every area in the condo was cleaned thoroughly and no short-cuts were taken. 2nd the condo was stocked with ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps, towel sets, shampoo and conditioner etc. Typically, IF a condo is stocked with these things, there isn't enough and we go buy more. (Would recommend better quality garbage bags.) 3rd & really it should have been 1st--the balcony and view. This is an oversized balcony compared to most condos and the view is panoramic! It's OCEAN all over! From the master--a wall of windows that open to the ocean. From the guest bedroom you can still look out your door through the patio doors to see the ocean. From the LARGE, well stocked kitchen, you can see the ocean completely. Wow. And the condo is right on the ocean. The photos do not exagerate the close proximity to the ocean. You are RIGHT THERE. It was less than a minute walk to the beach from locking your unit, walk or elevator to ground level, and a few feet walk to the gate that opens to your private beach area. It is right there. And Beach service is provided! (Bring your own beach towels) So convenient to actually have your chairs and umbrella already reserved for no extra fee. We took walks each day and this particular area of the beach was by far the quietest and least populated with people which was so nice. As we got further from the condo, the beach umbrellas got closer together and people were more numerous. There was plenty of space between us and our neighbors on the beach. The ocean water was refreshing and perfect for jumping in after laying in the sun for an hour or so. The pool water is slightly cool (I'd recommend to the condo that they up the temp about 2 degrees. No one really swam in it while we were there.) Play tennis or shuffleboard & paddle boards & kayaks are available for rent right by the condo, so we enjoyed that activity. The Whale's Tail is a great ocean-front restaurant with awesome food for a better price than the bigger spots like AJ's. It's a 3 minute walk from the condo via the beach or a 2 minute drive. Easy parking, & you can dine on the deck overlooking the ocean. (We had Fisherman's Platter-split between two teenage boys! Tons of food. We also had crabcake medallions, and fish Sarasota with crab sauce) Quiet, peaceful, dolphins. A thoughtful wecome gift awaited us on arrival. We will definitely come back. It was simply perfect. Thank you!
