Enjoy the relaxing nature views from this second floor condo in the quiet and serene neighborhood in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Spacious balcony provides a wonderful location to relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the birds and nature as you unwind after a busy day at the beach. Plentiful windows and sliding glass doors allow the natural light to flood in! It's close to all the wonderful amenities at Sandestin, but still tucked away for a serene retreat.

The living room provides ample space to relax and unwind and has a sofa sleeper, a wonderful full equipped kitchen and the dining room has seating for four with extra seating at the breakfast bar for two.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a large flat screen TV and French doors leading to the balcony. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The balcony has seating for four at the outdoor table and two chase lounger's to relax on, truly a wonderful oasis to enjoy with a beverage of your choice after a busy day.

*The home also offers a 4-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.



This property is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests still benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?

Quiet beautiful area

I was hesitant to book at first being a rather large property thinking it would be loud and chaotic. I was totally blown away with how quiet and peaceful the area was. The unit was tucked away in a low traffic area with amazing neighbors. The unit was the perfect size and provides everything for your stay. (Minus cleaning supplies to wipe down counter tops like previous vrbos). We look forward to booking again in the near future.

Great Trip!

Perfect, beautiful, clean condo in the best location! Everything we needed was right on property. The beach was a quick drive in the golf cart. We loved the private feeling of this condo, the balcony was so serene at evening time after dinner with a glass of wine! Will be back for sure!!

Quiet, relaxing stay--much enjoyed!!

This property was next to perfect. Layout and large porch were terrific. Very clean! Tucked away where it's very quiet. Perfect for relaxation. Wish we had more towels, bath mat, extra blanket, and dishwashing soap. Washer is loud.
