The first floor boasts an industrial-style game room with a pool table & built-in wet bar, a full-size paneled fridge, and glass windows flowing seamlessly out to the rear pool deck. The pool area has a jetted spa for sitting and a covered outdoor living area with a grill.

The second floor is the focal point of indoor living space, featuring a sleek contemporary living room with floor-to-ceiling windows to soak in natural light and gulf views, a built-in entertainment center with floating shelves, and an opening to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow.

Coast Is Clear guests enjoy deeded beach access at the Hollywood Street beach entrance. You are also located near world-class golfing, dining, shopping & entertainment.

A beach cart and 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycle, scooter, and golf cart rentals.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. The monitors in the bunk beds are only for connecting gaming devices.

The parking area and garage can accommodate 8 standard-size vehicles.

This pet-friendly home allows some small dogs on a case-by-case basis. Please, inquire about our fees and policy if you are interested in bringing a small dog.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*Weddings/Events – If held on the property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*

**Pool can be heated from Nov 1 - April 31 for an additional daily fee. Please inquire, as this must be arranged three days before arrival**

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
