With two king suites, multiple outdoor living areas, and a fully upgraded interior, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home blends elevated style with relaxed coastal charm.

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ From March 1 - October 31, Emerald Shores requires wristbands for the private beach access/cabana and community pools. The total cost for your whole group is $30, purchased at the Emerald Shores cabana from the La Dulce Vita staff during your first visit to the beach.
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers
✹ Weddings and events are not permitted
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Fifty percent (50%) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior. For cancellations within 14 days, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too and know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
✹ The use of the property, including the golf cart and bikes, is at your own risk! By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of this home and the amenities within and on the property may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children, and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
