"Coastline Journey" is a luxurious 3,400 square foot home with a perfectly designed floor plan and coastal accents, specifically curated with living space that offers plenty of room to spread out in comfort. Located within the beautiful Villas of Frangista gated community, "Coastline Journey" is a short walking distance away from the Gulf's emerald waters with a beautiful white sandy beach as well as a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and ever-so-popular beachside bars such as Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, and Surf Hut! If shopping is on your itinerary, our home is within 2 miles of the famous Silver Sands Outlet mall, high-end retail at Shops at Grand Boulevard (Lilly Pulitzer, Peter, Millar, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, etc.), and Destin Commons.

"Coastline Journey" comes with so many amenities to make your stay great! You will have a free 6-seater golf cart (LSV), private/heated saltwater pool, private beach access dedicated to our community, and a neighborhood pool (if desired). No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.

Kitchen: stainless steel appliances with two refrigerators, ice maker, large pantry, beautiful stone counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area that is perfect for entertaining your group!

Living Area: Open concept and full of natural light with French doors exiting to the pool patio. 3 large couches surround the 60-inch flat screen TV, offering lots of seating for movie night or the big game. One of these couches also pulls out into a double bed.

Dining: Located off of the kitchen area, the dining table has seating for 8 as well as 6 barstools at the kitchen island. There is also a separate dining table with seating for 6 by the pool.

Backyard/Pool Patio: Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with a large deep end swim out bench, a large sunbathing area with 8 chaise loungers, chairs, picnic table, and propane grill!

Additional Details:

✔️Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $400+ tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive.

✔️What we provide: Each home comes supplied with all bed/bath linens, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.

✔️Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.

✔️Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay. We respect your privacy as our tenants, however, will be ready to assist with any needs, questions, or recommendations on dining, activities, etc.

✔️CANCELLATION POLICY: Please observe the cancellation policy applicable to this listing on the booking platform utilized for your reservation at the time of your booking.

✔️PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly for up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking

It is truly a wonderful place to stay. The property is kept up very well and the property manager communicates clearly. The beach access was not far, although we didn’t walk, only drove or took the included low speed vehicle (gold cart) I would highly recommend to anyone needing a large place that can accommodate for many people.

Overall the property was great. Owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC. House was nice and perfect size for our group. The only downfall was the distance to the beach access and there were no oven mitts for taking items out of the oven.

Family Thanksgiving

Our blended family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday week at this house! Various ones came and left at different times during the week, but our whole crew of 19 was there on Thanksgiving day. The house and heated pool are very nice……there are several chairs around the pool. We could easily park all 5 cars at the house. The golf cart was great for going to the beach and nearby restaurants. We would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful home and very responsive hosts! The house was well stocked with dishes and pot's. Plenty of room to spread out and in a lovely quiet subdivision.The golf cart was a plus, would definitely return to Coastline Journey.

Great Family Get-A-Way

This house was perfect for our family! It was minutes from the beach and the use of the golf cart was awesome! Everyone had space to move and their own bedroom with a king bed and bathroom!! We will definitely try to come back here!!!

Property was as advertised and very nice in a quiet corner of the area. Everyone had a blast! Aubrey was amazing and communicated with us on every question quickly. He also accommodated us on a few requests. Would recommend this property as a hidden gem in the Destin area if you are on a family vacation.

Amazing Vacation!

Amazing house that has everything you could need and the location is phenomenal. Amenities were extremely well cared for. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops with the included golf cart. Everyone also enjoyed the private pool. We had issues with the washing machine. The owner was extremely responsive. Had a brand new one installed within 24 hours. I would highly recommend! We will be back!

INCREDIBLE SPACE!

We had a large group come stay with my family here for my husbands 40th. I wanted to go to a location we hadn't been before, somewhere warm and near the beach since it is November. The space for us was incredible! Plenty of hang space, more than enough comfy king bedrooms for everyone, not to mention bathrooms in each room?! We loved the open concept kitchen/living room space for breakfasts, spending quality time together and did some baking. The heated pool was everything for us when we were done at the beach, worth every penny. The golf cart got us to and from the beach and quite a few grocery store trips. We used the cooler and beach chairs provided. Hard to find a better value for space and amenities than this property! Highly recommend and would return myself. Seriously a gem. The hosts were wonderful with communication and providing information. What more could you ask for?

Family Vacation at Miramar Beach

The three-story home at 302 Miami St. was exactly as advertised and our blended family of 21 found the property perfect for our group. While the beach was an easy walk from the house the golf cart provided was often used as a shuttle ride to the beach, or local shopping and dining. The back yard pool was a daily gathering place for both the start and end of each day. Thanks for a perfect vacation.

No cold showers!!!

This house was amazing for our group of 20+. Loved having so many bathrooms! The hot water supply was mind boggling-more than enough for all the shower, do dishes, etc. we never ran out! Big enough for all to have their own space and to hang out. The owners were very friendly, responsive and easy to work with!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The owners were so easy to work with and were great at communicating in a timely manner! The house has so much room so you never feel overwhelmed like there isn't enough space. I personally feel like the kitchen and bunk room are much larger in person than they appear online which was a huge bonus. The pool and backyard area were awesome to use in the evenings and on cloudy days. Overall the house was clean and the beds were good quality. It was a great location and we loved not having a ton of traffic right outside the house. Would 10/10 recommend this property!
