Deluxe Views-Short Walk 2 Beach-Resort Amenities

This bright and colorful 7th-floor Majestic Sun 704B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort offers some of the best views on the beach. As you enter this magnificent two-bedroom deluxe condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a gorgeous living room that leads to a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also offers a balcony with full views, as well as a luxurious king-size bed, and an adjoined master bath. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, and the living room contains a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This vacation rental conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit and sleeps a total of 6 guests.


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Miramar Beach!

The condo was wonderful starting from the first step! As we entered you could see spectacular views of the beautiful blue waters of the gulf. There was relaxing music playing and everything was clean!!! Enjoyed having a master bedroom with sliding doors overlooking the water and a master bath with a double sink and separate door to the shower and toilet. Balcony is a good size with comfortable furniture. The kitchen had the necessities. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely best location

Plenty of room for our crew - loved waking up to the waves breaking each morning! Short walk across the street to the beach and enjoyed the onsite pool daily. I know who goes swimming in a pool when there is beautiful ocean - a kid who can’t stand June grass smh. Definitely planning our return!

Beach Getaway

This was the best beach getaway I have ever had. The view was spectacular and even though my mom is not a beach bum she enjoyed staying on the deck and watching us. It was definitely home away from home. So peaceful!

Unsatisfactory

The place was clean but the dryer knob was missing we could not dry clothes and the remote for the TV was broken. Contacted people and no one ever showed up after being told they would. The sheets in the big bedroom were clean but not very nice feeling. We reported an accident at the hot tub area but no one returned us for accident report. But we loved the view and the area. We will definitely return for another visit to the area

The property was nice and well described. We went in July. It was extremely busy with people. I can not even count how many times we heard fire truck and ambulance sirens that went by. I would recommend to go in the Spring or Fall.

Very clean, but could use some updates

The property was very clean. It also had some beach items there that were nice to use, instead of buying all new. However, the beds and living room furniture could be updated. The cushions were very thin. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced. It could also use actual pillows, they had almost hospital pillows that were very thin and uncomfortable.

Excellent view & location

Booking & check-in was by far the easiest experience I’ve had when planning a vacation. The condo was as described and perfectly located in Miramar Beach. The view was amazing & we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony each morning! Having the chairs and umbrella for us to use was a great bonus that saved us $ in the long run. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view and location

Views are amazing, convenience to the beach is great. Beach is clean and water is beautiful. Parking is easy, staff is friendly. Private and clean. My ONLY issue is that the bedroom with the two twin beds has a very bright light right outside of the window that shines right in. It felt like a flashlight was being shined on my face. A blackout curtain on that window would solve the issue. This room would be perfect for kids and the light probably wouldn't bother them, but we had 4 adults staying so two of us were in that room. The light was so bright that I had to sleep on the pull out couch, which was uncomfortable. The couch and chairs in living room aren’t super comfortable if you’re looking to relax and watch Tv, especially for 4 adults. But I would stay here again despite those two things! Overall a great rental and I hope to be back soon...this time I will claim the comfy king sized bed!

Nice place

Nice place nice beach, but extremely crowded. I don’t recommend if you don’t like big crowds. Had to get on the beach at 6am daily to set up a spot because the chair rental folks spread out so wide. They leave maybe 50 yards of shoreline for beach goers who aren’t renting from them.

Overall experience was excellent. A few hiccups with the Check-in process. We didn’t receive the correct key codes for the pool and lobby at Check-in. Luckily the key code to the unit worked. It got all settled the next day. I recommend getting your app fixed. Some times I was told to use the app. Sometimes I was told to use email. That caused confusion. Especially I was barraged with many emails on “local deals” ......so hard to determine what was an email I should read and what is junk emails. Therefore, I recommend everything going thru your app in the future. Thanks.
