Overall the location was good. The condo was a little outdated. During our stay when hanging out in the balcony the upstairs neighbor peed off the balcony twice.. a grown adult male! Without a single care, even after being asked to stop. Told security staff on-site and it didn’t seem like they cared. We traveled with family, one of the kids accidentally spilled super glue on the bathroom vanity, which has happened to me at home and I’ve been able to clean off with some hot soapy water, now we’re going through a claim for a full replacement!! I asked for pictures of said damage and to this day have not received anything. Going on almost 4 weeks after our departure.

Clean, spacious condo with great views

Condo was clean and as described. Views were beautiful- sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The pools were nice and we had no issues with parking or the elevator.

Don't Trust The Host

All was fine until we were arriving. We were informed that we had to obtain a parking pass from a different site before getting to the condo. Our friends rented a separate condo at the same location and their host had the parking passes waiting for them at the condo. The stay was fine. After we left, the host charged us for a late departure and a cleaning fee. What? We left 2 hours before check out time. Cleaning fee? My wife is a rule-follower and type A personality. That place was CLEAN! The host claimed there was more sand than they had ever seen. No way! We did have a guest accidently leave with a band and I offered to pay for that after the other charges were removed. No agreement was reached. Property is just fine, but I would avoid it because the host experience is HORRIBLE!
