Do you hear that? The beach is calling! We all seem to be tuned into its mesmerizing surf song yet rarely have the opportunity to answer! Thus the reason for Costa del Sol A2- its so close to the emerald waves of the Gulf Coast that you’ll feel completely immersed in all its wonder.

Not only is Costa del Sol A2 incredibly close to the water’s edge, it brings the outside in via its very well done beach decor scheme. As soon as the front door opens you’ll be thrilled with the clean tile floors accented by modern tones of teal and tan, designer furnishings with a shabby-chic finish, and coastal-inspired art. Also on the entry level is the open kitchen that boasts a beautiful slab of granite counters and all the accoutrements any good cook would need. Beyond the kitchen and living room is the middle beachfront porch- one of three! Each level has furnished balconies with views so perfect you’re sure to daydream about it later.

Apart from its idyllic decor and spot directly on the beach, Costa del Sol A2 is nearby to lots of great shopping, restaurants- including local favorite Pompano Joes, and golf courses...if you can pull yourself away from its mesmerizing balconies that is!

Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
