Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided March 1st through November 30th. Guests can bring the additional chairs/umbrellas provided in the home.

This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach, Sleeping 17 comfortably. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floors and travertine tile on the first floor. Splash pool (8.5 x 6) can be heated.

The first-floor hosts one of the master king bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, 55" Smart TV, wet bar with beverage cooler, and Keurig, and private balcony with splash pool as well as a bunk room furnished with two bunks totaling four Queen beds and twin fold-out sleeping chair, Space Invader Arcade game and 55" Smart TV.

On the second-floor you will find a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. The dining room offers seating for six at the dining room table and three at the bar. The living area, with expansive Gulf views from every angle, is equipped with a 65" smart TV and balcony with outdoor dining. Also on this floor, find a guest bedroom with a King-size bed and 55" smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony overlooking Frangista Beach neighborhood.

The third floor boasts the primary bedroom with king-size bed ensuite bath, private Gulf-front balcony, 55" smart TV and private bath with jetted soaking bathtub, walk-in shower and double vanity with travertine tile. There is an additional guest bedroom with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and balcony overlooking Scenic Gulf Drive. Washer & dryer conveniently located on the third floor.

First Floor: Sleeps 11

King bedroom ensuite bath and private balcony. Bunk room with 4 built in Queen size beds and 1 Fold out sleeping chair.

Second Floor: Sleeps 2

Kitchen, Dining room, Living room. Guest Bedroom with one King bedroom and ensuite/guest bathroom.

Primary King bedroom and ensuite bath, private gulf front balcony, laundry room and guest bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath.

The Frangista Beach community pool is within walking distance and is heated seasonally.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach
POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May) -The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $45/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Gulf-front splash pool is 8.5 x 6

Arrived at check in house was very cool and pleasant smell. Got to checking the rooms out and found long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Washed all bedding. Had a chair with a broke arm also. Large hole in the ceiling in the bottom bunk room. Shower head down stairs sprayed water right in your face from where it screws on the pipe coming though the wall. Had to lay a wash rag on it so it would not spray. Over all i would give it a 5 rating out of 10.

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Review of condo

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Great views, excellent location and great service!

The first thing you will love about this property are the absolutely beautiful views it offers to the beach. Though spread across 3 levels, this townhome has great living space and bedrooms. The patio/balcony is big enough for 6-7 people to comfortably hang out. Amenities are decent and work as expected. The property managers respond quickly and fix things as soon as reported. We loved the space enough to extend our stay.

Great vacation; location not ideal

Overall, our stay was great simply because it's Destin and the house is beachfront. Convenient for families with kids who tend to go back and forth between beach and house. Also convenient to go back to the house if there's a brief morning or afternoon shower. We had 12 people in our party (7 adults, 5 kids). While there was plenty of bedroom space, the kitchen, dining and family rooms felt crowded when occupied. Kids would lounge in the family room, leaving adults having to sit on uncomfortable wicker dining chairs. Bunk room is kind of dark and blah. The kids did not really hang out there. The patio on the second floor was okay. The outdoor table and chairs were a bit run down and chairs were uncomfortable because only one had a cushion. We had to lay towels on the other chairs. There were a couple of items that were out of Frangista's control. First, one of the A/C blowers went out the second day. No one could have predicted that would happen, so it's not necessarily a con, but it happened nonetheless. Management response time was good, but replacing the blower took 6-7 hours to complete on the third day. Second, there was no water for a few hours due to a county utility pipe busting. Again, out of their control and I assume this impacted the whole community. The reason we would not stay here again is due to the location of the house along Scenic Gulf Drive. Unfortunately, the listing does not say that Scenic Gulf Drive is a VERY BUSY street. We could barely fit 3 SUVs on the driveway and reversing out to the street was difficult. Unpacking and packing was tight especially with two bike racks hauling 8 bikes and 2 roof cargo carriers. We did not utilize our bikes as much as we hoped due to the location of the house. Street noise was a major issue for the 2 bedrooms facing the street especially at night during bedtime (loud young adults driving loud cars). Also we felt a little deceived thinking this was a private community, private beach, private community pool, etc. While Frangista offers reserved beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach each day, people can still situate themselves behind and in front of you and then you are surrounded by people. Anyway, if none of that bothers you, go for it.

Wonderful time

The stay was great-can’t say enough about the great management company. The pool heater was not working and they were very responsive and came right out to correct it. They also refunded the cost of the heating since we were unable to use it over The holiday-great customer service!!! Good location, plenty of space, and well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion is to update some of the kitchen housewares and appliances-settings on stove and on measuring utensils are no longer visible. Also needs additional silverware-no small spoons. None of these detracted from our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house

Absolutely wonderful! When we arrived we noticed it was hot upstairs, called management and they had somebody out with in the hour. Ended up A/C unit needed to be replaced and they installed 5 window units that night (8 pm on a Saturday). We were VERY comfortable with the window units. Management went above and beyond checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was wonderful. We each had our own floor to retreat to plus the main living floor to be together. We loved having the pantry area and Keurig. All of the beds were comfortable and house was clean. It was very nice not having to pack any beach towels and the elevator access was great! The walk to the beach was so short plus the splash pool was an added bonus (like an over sized hot tub) which we all enjoyed. We are already planning on staying again. Only suggestion is to back in the parking space because the street is busy however we never heard anything in the house from the street. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

It's all about the proximity to the beach

Overall, the property was decent and nicely decorated. We would stay there again, if we needed to, but for the price tag, I'd recommend looking at other properties before you jump on this one, but I think the price tag is largely due to the proximity and private access to the beach more so than what the unit has to offer. The unit is in some ways in need of some TLC. Some of the wall light switches are faulty and you can tell there's definitely wear in some areas of the restrooms and kitchen. The patio furniture and outdoor grill can be replaced as these both have been eaten away or corroded by the salt water. Some of the pots and pans could stand to be replaced as well. The kitchen just seems to need a DEEP cleaning. The cabinets could use a nice scrub. The floor in the 2nd level looks worn, which makes sense since this is likely the most used floor as it holds the kitchen, living room and outdoor grill and patio set. There was a particular smell throughout the unit, but we bought air freshener and that seemed to help some.

Other than the small pool not being very clean when we arrived and a couple of other slight questions it was a lovely stay!
