Relax, relax, relax ..... and indulge in the slow pace of beach life at Laurel Grove in the Resort. Our bright and sunny beach cottage is designed in "Key West" style with updated furnishings and bed linens. You could not ask for more - a beautifully appointed cottage that is located steps from the Laurel Grove swimming pool, and offers a lovely golf course view. Two golf carts are included (a 6-seat cart and a 4-seat cart), so take an open air ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf! Tram service is also complimentary. This picturesque vacation property offers it all, so enjoy the finest at 1362 Ravens Run in Laurel Grove!

Our open and airy family room features a two story vaulted ceiling, travertine floors and plenty of comfortable seating. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a wine cooler. There is seating for six guests at the dining table, and bar seating for three. Lounge on the screened porch while enjoying the outdoor television and a lovely golf course view. There is also an extended patio with seating for your outdoor enjoyment!

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a comfy king bed, generous closet space, and access to the screened back porch. The spacious master bathroom offers a huge walk-in showeri and a dual sink vanity. Our main floor guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, generous closet space, and an adjoining guest bathroom with a wonderful walk in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom sleeps a total of six guests with two double beds and an additional bunk closet with two twin beds. Built-in flat panel televisions in the bunk closet will delight the kiddos! An adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination completes the upstairs guest suite. For your convenience, the laundry closet provides a stackable washer/dryer, as well as a gas grill out back.

This home has all the extras to make your vacation memorable and comfortable - a Keurig coffee maker, two blu ray DVD players with apps capability, and even two extra twin size inflatable mattresses for unexpected guests. There are flat panel televisions throughout the home, and complimentary WIFI is provided.

The location is perfect and the accommodations are stylish and luxurious! Make the most of your vacation time at our unsurpassed vacation spot – 1362 Ravens Run at Laurel Grove!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Spacious condo in great neighborhood

We enjoyed the large, open living room and newer patio and chairs out back! Having two golf carts for each family is a big plus as well. And we always enjoy the Laurel Grove neighborhood in Sandestin!

Wonderful!

Loved the house, the layout, especially the back porch and patio. the two golf carts were helpful in getting people to and from the beach and Baytowne. Would highly recommend this home and the management was very responsive and helpful.

Beach house

Love the open living area, kitchen, and back porch - all very spacious! Loved the parking had a separate spot for the golf carts and two cars. Loved the back yard patio. Beds could be more comfortable but that’s in every rental. Already planning to return!

Rented the property for its proximity to the New Year’s festivities at Baytowne. If fit the bill perfectly. We had 3 couples and all were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and games.

Nice getaway!

The home was clean, easy to get to and the golf carts were wonderful to get around on. The property manager responded quickly when we had a flat tire and it was fixed within about 30 minutes!

Another great property to rent in Laurel Grove. Two golf carts was really nice, we really enjoyed our stay. The extra bunks upstairs was a nice feature. Make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags. They give you starters, but of all the houses we have rented it was very limited with what they started us with and buying them there was expensive (two trash bags, one roll of TP in each bathroom, etc)

Great Vacay House

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location and the 2 golf carts made this house a true gem. Don’t let the outside of the house fool you; this house is very spacious with a large living room and bedrooms. Oh and screened Florida room is a bonus. We will definitely try to book again. The only thing we noticed was while charging the small golf cart each night it would seem to want to die out after making the trip to the beach. Runs fine to the beach but would start to die coming back with 3 people on it. Might be batteries going as our personal golf cart had same issue when batteries got old. Other than that it was a great trip. Recommend staying here

We’ve rented different homes throughout the last 7 years. This home was not as nice as some others we have rented but it did have some nice features, like 2 golf carts. We had a few issues and management helped fix them. There was a lot of “activity” in this area - landscape companies, sod being delivered to the back cove blocking our driveway, neighbors having construction work done on their houses, etc. I guess November is when a lot of this happens, we’ve never been to Sandestin in late Oct/Nov so now we know what to expect. We had fun although we have had better rental places. Next time I will stay in a cove.

We shared with two families, so the two “master suites” on the main floor worked perfect. The 4 teen boys enjoyed having their own space upstairs. The main floor is very open and not claustrophobic. The screened in back porch is amazing! Wonderful location in Laurel Grove with the golf course in the back, and no crowded space in front. Close to Pool.

We rented 2 houses on the same street and used the Beach cottage for making and serving all the meals and for all our game nights. Was a great house for the kiddos! It was clean and decorated really nice. The main floor bed is overly soft so if you need a firm bed make sure you do some yoga in the mornings lol our backs are wrecked. The bedding is comfy though. Make sure if youre 2 pillow each people you bring extra pillows. We have stayed in other sandestin properties before and to us the only bummer is you cant leave stuff for other people coming to stay after you -and there weren't a lot of helpful gear items such as a cooler, life jackets, body boards, ect. We had to buy all these things and then throw them away. No other choice since we flew instead of drove. The golf carts were awesome. They are a huge reason why we picked the cottage. Very handy for getting around. The screened in porch was cozy and super cute and there's a fireplace out back. They have a small supply of wood avail so you don't have to go searching for any. Overall it was a good launch pad for our beach vacation !

It had just about everything we needed (including beach chairs) for our trip and was very spacious. The king size beds were extremely comfortable downstairs. The only negative things I have to say are (1) the screened porch furniture and drapes smell moldy so we didn’t use that space at all and (2) it could have been cleaner (e.g., Doritos in windowsill near kitchen trash can, floors sticky in kitchen and disgusting under furniture).

Disappointed Vacation Rental

The property managers of this house made this experience poor. The house was dirty-I’m talking used q-tips on the floor under couches, dirty stains on walls. The house was also advertised that it came with beach chairs. We tried locating them when we arrived, contacted property manager to help. They told us there are no chairs for use. We rented chairs for $200. The day we were leaving, we found the beach chairs on the side of the house in a storage box. We stayed 4 days and they gave us 1 trash bag for the entire stay, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to purchase all these things. Upon leaving I reached out to the property manager to discuss our stay and have had nobody respond to me. I’ve sent emails and called. No response. As beautiful as this location is, I would find another house in the same area managed by a different property manager. Because of you have any issues, they won’t take care of you.

Perfect trip to the beach

The neighborhood that this house is in is so cute and it’s so close to the beach! We didn’t have to use our car at all we just used the golf carts to go to and from beach. There’s also a local grocery store super close, so that could save you time and money on food and other items. Overall, this was one of the best places I’ve stayed in!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation. Very clean and spacious home. Golf cart away from restaurants, shopping and beach. We would recommend this home and are looking forward to staying again.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed our stay. The golf carts were a great to have and the Baytowne Wharf area had things to do for people of all ages.

Reviewer Comments: Quite screen in great 2000 plus acre resort, felt very residential and peaceful. gild carts give great access to the area including stores and shops, beach, etc. Why stay on the beach with all that noise when you can stay at home and a 7 minute fun golf cart ride to the beach! No significant criticisms. We had to buy some basic things but that is all in contract. Services are great. very clean, would do the exact same house again. Love the area, away from the crowds in Destin, noting not to love about this place and location. We were LUCKY to find it!
