This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. It was a great property, check in was a breeze, quiet at night. The resort was also well kept. We enjoyed having the golf cart to use while on vacation. View of the beach from the condo were amazing!

This was a very nice condo. We had 4 adults and it was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and really great big showers. Great location for pool and beach. And golf cart was a great bonus for restaurants, grocery store and coffee.

Perfect Vacation

We have been coming to the Destin area every year for some time now. This was by far the nicest, most convenient place we have rented. Awesome views and beach access. We have visited Sandestin almost every year over the last ten years and this condo has been our favorite! The golf cart was our reason for booking this specific room and it held its charge great and had no issues! A golf cart is a must for us in the resort. The condo was clean, everything we used worked and had a great view! We will be renting again!

Overall very nice. The refrigerator handle was broken and I called your management office immediately to notify them. I did tell them it was not an emergency... but I thought they would at least repair in a day or two. It was NEVER fixed and it frustrating at best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo, comfortable beds, golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella, keurig coffee maker and regular, everything we needed. Community amenities at Beachside One are improving as well, so many renovations from last year. We used the grill and grill area as well, very nice. The huge ice machine on first floor is a great plus! The beach area in front of Beach Side One was not crowded at all, even with all the renovations at Beachside Two was very crowded (maybe because it’s closer to the Sandestin beach access). Only complaint I have is the bedroom alarm clocks, housekeeping should make sure they are off, one went off at 6:00 am on the Tuesday morning then the other 6:00 am on the Wednesday morning.

They were 4 hours late. So the day was kinda a bust. The master bedroom gets really warm compared to the rest of the unit. We had difficulty regulating that without freezing out everyone else. Overall though we had a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: Really great property w/ great beach access and an easy drive to Destin and 30A. Unit was spotless and very comfortable (the master bed was great.) Access to the beach was easy - making beach days or just quick walks on the beach simple. The golf cart is a super add-on - w/ easy access to Baytown Wharf and local shopping (be sure to find the tunnel under Rt98!)The building is older and not much to look at - but unit 4111 was wonderful and a perfect home base. Could have used a few extra garbage bags, rolls of toilet paper or some basic supplies in the kitchen (salt, pepper, etc.) But plenty of glassware and other kitchen equipment.Take advantage of the Sandestin beach - and then hit the road to explore 30a! This was our 1st trip to the Emerald Coast and we'd recommend this property to anyone (& everyone!)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in the perfect location, waking up to the beach out your bedroom window is a great start to the day. The beach is literally steps away and the resort has so much to offer. The balcony is a great spot for morning coffee and there’s plenty of space in the kitchen to make a nice breakfast. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great VRBO experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The accommodation was well updated, had very comfortable ammenities like the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we were taken care of by the management company while we were there. The closet was stocked with beach toys and chairs and the golf cart was great to use (once we learned how to charge it appropriately ;) The location couldn’t be beat; the ocean view was incredible. The only improvement I would make is to provide beach towels... we had to use bath towels until we purchased our own beach towels.

Fall Break Family Getaway

SPOTLESS upon arrival, comfy accommodations from the beds, to the showers, couch & kitchen area. *A pet peeve of beach rentals is always the dull Chef's knife when I want to cook & this one was as sharp as mine at home!The location is just as advertised with a beautiful view, excellent patio furniture, plenty of beach "stuff" for us to use with the short elevator ride & walk to the sandy shore. BEAUTIFUL pool & loved my morning ride in the golf cart to Starbucks with my daughter too.We are excited to consider this property again for our 2024 Fall Break!
