Grandview 403 is a four-bedroom gulf-front condominium on the beautiful stretch of Miramar Beach. Spend your next vacation taking in the brilliant gulf views from one of the five balconies of this gorgeous beachfront home.

Grandview has two floors, each offering panoramic views of the gulf. The first floor hosts the main living area, in addition to the kitchen, dining area, a breakfast nook, and a back deck. The living room's breathtaking vaulted ceilings give an uninhibited view of the Emerald Coast. Featuring a sleek white herringbone accent wall adorning a flatscreen TV, plenty of chic seating, and a wet bar, this space is perfect for entertaining your guests. Grandview's open floor plan allows guests to flow freely between the kitchen and the main living and dining areas, never missing a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen features granite countertops, a stainless steel farmhouse style sink, a granite island with built-in power outlets, stainless steel appliances, and a trendy backsplash. This property was absolutely beautiful and the floor plan could not have been laid out any better. If I needed anything the management company was there in a split second. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for better. We had everything we could possible want and we’re even sent a charcuterie board as a welcome gift. What a nice touch! Would definitely recommend this condo and can’t wait to to back!!

Great place

We loved our stay in this home away from home. It had everything we needed to cook or eat or just relax. Very clean and first class place. Only complaint is we couldn’t get in until 4 and it was cleaned by 2.

Poor Cleaning

Reserving this property was easy, the cleanest was a different story. Carpet had not been vacuumed ( I couldn't even get them to turn on) Mold around speaker in upstairs bedroom and bottom of window by patio door. Walking thru gate to beach was ant infested. For the price of and how nice these condos are rhe property should be taken better care of

The property is very spacious - rooms were large. Very modern had been all updated recently. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach - looks longer in the photos online. We had 9 of our family and we had plenty of room

Wonderful Location and Very Clean!

My husband and I enjoyed staying with our son at this beautiful property! The pictures are very accurate. The property is modern and spacious. The pool was perfect for our toddler and the beach was easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again!

Most Beautiful and Well Equipped Condo

This condo was everything and more. This was the 1st time we have ever been to the beach and not left the property because of COVID. This condo had everything we needed to feel like home but with the beautiful views and private beach so we didn't feel the need to leave. Lots of restaurants near by to deliver food. Our teenage boys loved the bunk room.
