Welcome to our charming 2nd story 1 bed / 1 bath studio, perfectly situated in the vibrant SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort, just steps away from the lively area known as “The Village”. This 500 sq ft retreat features a warm, soothing dĂ©cor designed for your ultimate relaxation. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious full bathroom on your right, complete with a shower/tub combo and ample countertop space. The kitchenette is equipped with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, catering to all your caffeine needs. The studio offers a large, comfortable king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults. The cozy living area includes a mounted 50" flat-screen Smart TV and opens to a private Juliet balcony with a delightful view of the pool. Enjoy your stay in this serene haven, perfectly positioned for enjoying all the resort has to offer.

*Shuttle service within the Village is available and provided for guests. Two circle the resort with one specifically to and from the beach on roughly 10-15 min cycles.

Resort amenities include: four championship golf courses, putt-putt courses, four separate resort swimming pools, world-class tennis center with 15 courts, a full equipment center and spa, and a 113-slip marina from the bay.
Waverunner rentals, bicycle rentals, kayak & boogie board rentals, tennis courts, parasail rides (double/triple), fitness center, and Club KZ which is supervised children's activities including meals all available to guests for a small fee.

*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.

This condo has covered garage parking.

All guests will have my direct number and I'm available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about or during your stay.

It was ok

Overall, the property was very clean. What I didn’t realize is that there was some significant construction going on to the facility. The hallways were filled with fans, drying paint, and all the door frames were off of the doors and laying in the hallway. One morning, a maintenance guy opened our door While we were still sleeping. He shut it quickly, but I’m pretty sure the metal stop stopped him. Upon checking out we also had three maintenance people knock on our door and want to come in. We never once called maintenance but due to the renovations they wanted in our room for some reason. There were also places inside of the our condo where they had put painters tape
 I’m assuming to Mark, which walls needed painting or repairing. Overall, the room was as expected however, I would have booked through the resort Had I known the construction that would be going on. I don’t think they would have placed me in a room with so much Construction going on. The maintenance crew were loud talking to each other in the hallways and the fans were running 24/7 which made it feel like the heat was on. housekeeping did not come by our room
 I’m assuming they probably could not push their cart through the hallway.The communication overall with the host was good. However, I sent two messages about this upon checking out and did not hear back from them.

Nice place

We only booked for two nights. It was a nice room with a king bed, nice full bath, kitchen without stove and coffee makers but no coffee provided. Everything was clean. Biggest problem was actually finding the place once we got past the security guard at the front. I think a map for the resort would have been helpful. We ended up calling the owner who answered promptly. There are signs to the Bahia but i didn't realize we had to park in the parking garage nor did i see it at first. You have to turn into SanDestin Blvd where the Effie hotel is but go past that and look on the left. There's a sign that says you'll need the QR code for parking (i didn't see that at first either). Parking garage is after that on the left. Anyway, I don't know why we were so confused. Other than that everything is fine. We didn't do anything at the resort. We always went out. I would definitely recommend.

Quick beach trip

If you’re looking to stay in Sandestin on a budget for a short trip, this unit will suffice. It’s a no frills studio unit close to the wharf and one of the resort pools. Property was clean, but does have a very strong chemical or fake fragrance smell upon entering. I also wish there was a binder/book/info sheet regarding the properly and the resort as a whole. The app is worthless imo, so having some property info would’ve been beneficial. Overall, it did the job and we had a nice time in the area.

I recently visited Destin for the first time and stayed at this rental with my family. The rental was exactly as depicted in the photos online—clean and welcoming. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but the property manager addressed it promptly and effectively, ensuring excellent communication throughout. His swift response to our needs was greatly appreciated. Given the fantastic care and the prime location—just across from the pool and within walking distance of various shops and dining options—I would definitely rent here again.

Great location/has everything you'd need nearby

Great host, very good communication and helpful. Property was clean and in an excellent location. Nearby restaurants and bars, tram service is excellent. Only cons were the big pool in front of the apartment was not heated (it was Feb, so understandable). Hot tubs made up for it. If staying for long term such as a month, in my case, it's hard to keep the place clean without a vacuum. I did have to buy a number of cleaning products, which really wasn't a problem. I had a great time.

February getaway

Room was just what we needed for our stay. Perfect for two adults and two small kids. We didn’t plan to cook while there so the kitchenette was enough for us. We were able to heat up our coffee and store our drinks. We have stayed in many condos like this one but this has the best bathroom. Spacious and large vanity! Plus a full-size tub. Just two small things noted before next guests, replace batteries in fire stick remote and linens for pull out bed. Remote worked for us but kept saying low on battery. We also had our own blankets for the kids so we made it work! All in all, we would stay here again and recommend for anyone:) Thanks again!

Great Location - Inflated Pricing

This was essentially a hotel room with inflated prices. The location is great, a short walk from the wharf area, which is very nice. But, we could have gotten a hotel room for considerably less, which is basically what this was. Why am I paying all of this extra money in different fees, especially for the high cleaning fee, when they want you to pick up and clean up after yourself, and I wouldn’t have to do that at a hotel when cleaning is already built into the price??

Great location!

What a great area - swimming pool, shopping, dining - all within walking distance - the beautiful beaches were minutes away with a shuttle to take you there - Michael was very responsive and a great host! The room had everything we needed and perfect for an anniversary getaway

Shocked.

Condo was in a quite place but on our first day as we looked around in the room, the bathroom toilet had urine in it with other things. It grossed us out. The amount of money I paid to stay here, I was very disappointed. As I mentioned this to the property manager, his comment was, he was shocked and would immediately get on with the cleaning supervisor, okay, well that’s good. But our stay wasn’t pleasant. I would never stay here again.

Perfect location by the village and perfect accommodations! Clean and well decorated. Easy to book and access. Overlooking pools and hot tubs. Garage parking was a plus. I will rent again!

IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT

This condo is perfect - all the comforts from home along with relaxing decor. Perfectly located by the pool and Baytowne Village. Walk to all entertainment and restaurants. If you are going to the beach, there are chairs and umbrella included. I recommend this stay and I will rent again!
