The staff was courteous. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was tasty except the bacon was too crispy; the view was nice and the other guests were friendly.

I am not happy and more than pissed off. I arrived on the day of my reservation and I was early. I understood that I couldn't get a room at that time but asked if I could go ahead and pre check in and was told no. I am on a motorcycle and just rode 490 miles so I check in my luggage. I have ticket in hand when I arrive back to be told, there are no rooms available. I asked for a manager and was told they were home. The hostess did find a room close by but I made reservation at the Hyatt. I was offered points. I didn't want points, I wanted to stay at the Hyatt. No happy.

Hotel was amazing, clean and attractive space. Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast was well stocked with lots of variety. One change I would suggest would be to have a free coffee bar 24 hours. Also the coffee available at the breakfast was not good.

Our stay was very pleasant. There's only one bothersome aspect. I like to drink my coffee outside and read or listen to the birds. I was able to drink my coffee, but there was music from speakers everywhere I went on the property. And the music was awful.

Had a great two night stay for business. Love the location on the Grand Blvd, walking to restaurants and shops. Hotel was spotless clean and friendly service people. Breakfast area was well stocked and super clean.

I love the fact that the hotel allows dogs. I have a service dog and was allowed to take him near thr pool and all. At first an employee approached me about having him near the pool. Once she noticed the markings on his vest she apologized and asked that we dont allow him to poop in the pool area. The hotel was extremely clean, staf was amazing...the thing I didnt like is that the room has a fridge but no microwave. Also, had to constantly go down to front desk asking for more towels. I booked a room for 5 people and only had 3 towels in the room. I advised there will be a party of 2 adults and 3 kids still had to almost beg for more towels on 3 occasions. Whenever a guest has booked a room for several people there should be enough towels and stuff in the room to accommodate the people in the room.
