Beautiful Condo

Very clean, comfortable condo. Kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes, drink ware, and gadgets for cooking and storing leftovers. Lots of bath towels, but wish we had more than one dish cloth and towel. We had a couple minor issues that were resolved promptly. Communication was top notch! The resort is beautiful and well maintained with lots to do within a short shuttle ride or drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This condo is in Sandestin which is one of our favorite places. The pool was super warm and we were able swim even when it was cold. There is a private beach with the best security guard making sure everyone had wrist bands. The condo has the best views and was super clean. The bathrooms could use a remodel, but other than that the place was perfect. We stayed with 6 and had plenty of space (all of the bedrooms are HUGE).

Great stay, but needed cleaning supplies.

The place was great and the management company was very accommodating with our check in/out times. My only complaint is that there were no basic cleaning supplies. We had to purchase dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags so that we could keep the place clean during our stay. The check out instructions also weren’t very clear as to where to dispose of boxes that could not go into the trash chutes.

Beautiful view!

Overall a wonderful stay and would come back again! The good: Beach is beautiful and monitored to ensure only those at the condo set up there so it won't ever get over crowded. Pool is beautiful and was heated during our stay which was late March. It seemed appx 85 degrees maybe even warmer. Also monitored to ensure only those with wristbands are using. The condo layout was great for our family and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The not as good: Living room furniture not so comfortable. I had trouble with our codes to enter pool and beach. I called after hours and it didn't seem there was a way to leave a message. I emailed thru hospitality app and never got a response. (The issue was my fault and figured out the next day so I didn't try to call back.) Condo had no hand soap, 1 dishwasher tab, no coffee filters, 1 washer tab... I'd guess renters leave their extras and they are taken out but it seems like it would be nice to leave the extras. They should purchase an extra set of silverware. I didn't count how many there was but we were always short on spoons and forks. Again, overall a wonderful stay and would book again. (But would look for a place with more comfortable living room furniture first.)

JUST BOOK IT!!!

This has been the BEST family vacation we had. We have a huge family and it’s so hard to accommodate everyone and their needs. The pool area was beautiful and so convenient for toddlers. The grill area was a huge bonus we didn’t know they had, literally grilled everyday for lunch! The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Found out about the shuttle service on our last day so we are looking forward to that on our next vacation! The only thing I would recommend is replacing the mattresses, but it’s such a small problem it didn’t take away from our amazing time! We will definitely be back every single year probably for the rest of our lives or when our families get too big đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł seriously thank you guys so much for an amazing getaway and for the easiest booking, check-in/out experience. See y’all soon!!!

Great location!

We stayed here with some extended family on Labor Day weekend, celebrating a long overdue family reunion. There were 7 adults and we fit very comfortably, although my adult son did sleep on the sofa (and he was fine with that). The location is great and the views are amazing! The complex had everything we needed for the weekend, beach, pool, outdoor eating area, beautiful sunsets... It was very family friendly and was all very well kept up. We did have a minor issue with the handle of the freezer, and I emailed on Sunday of Labor Day weekend expecting for it to be repaired later in the week, but the response was very rapid, and a very nice person came up to repair. Excellent response! Overall this unit is very nice, definitely has been "used".. there were some stains on the rug (looked like ?red wine) and some furnishings are a little dated, but those are minor things. The location and space were just great for us, and I hope that we'll be able to return again. Communication with rental group was very good.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful panoramic view from all the windows, and the open floor plan was great for our family of six! We knew the pool had suffered damage from the last hurricane and wouldn’t be open, but that was perfect for us, as the master overlooks it. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator water filter, called for service, and it was fixed right away. The property also had plenty of extra bedding and towels. We were overall pleased with our stay, as there is plenty to do in the area, even within walking distance. Just have patience and allow extra time for the traffic, since it’s a popular family destination. Our only complaint was a few of the baking pans were used and put away dirty by a previous tenant, but a little soap and water fixed that. 😉 We would definitely stay again, and recommend! Great location but a couple improvements can be made

The location & description of the property & unit is accurate & Great. Fantastic access to the private beach! Close to the basketball court! Beautiful property to go on nice walks any time of day. We know there was a team that would have taken us to the Baytown Warf entertainment area, but it was just as easy (& no waiting) to drive ourselves. There are a couple of improvements that need to be made to the unit. The 2nd bedroom's bed was extremely hard. . I actually have a bruise on my hip (I'm a side sleeper). The switch plate is missing from the 3rd bedroom-not really that important, but an easy cosmetic fix. But most importantly is the 2nd bathroom. The shower tub filled up very quickly & we ended up showing in a tub of water & some sand (we washed off before coming up from the beach, but some still remains in the suits & other hard to reach areas). We had 4 people who needed to shower in that bathroom & it just got worse with each shower. We did call for maintenance & were told someone would come, but they never did. We ended up taking showers in the master bathroom & having to stagger our return to the room so we could all get ready. There were 8 of us, but the unit sleeps 10. The bathroom also was missing a light & the exhaust fan did not work. We can tell that the kitchen and the master bath have been updated and hopefully the other bathroom is updated soon. Overall, we would totally want to come back to the Sandestin property & stay in this unit again, but I would really want the bed & bathroom fixed.

Perfect for our spring break trip

Our travel plans changed at the last minute, and the property manager was very quick to respond and allowed us to check in one day early. The condo was great and location was perfect. There was room for all of us to relax in comfort. The updated kitchen was nice. The bathrooms have not been updated but are fully functional. My sons loved the proximity to the beach and basketball court, as well as being able to use the tram. I only wish our trip could have been longer.

Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and everything we needed for 2 couples and lots of kids. The corner location was perfect. We enjoyed both balconies and the short walk to the beach. The property itself (not the individual condo) could use a little attention. My son got stuck in the elevator and it took quite a bit for maintenance to show up to assist the firefighters. That elevator was then shut down for 2 days after that leaving the entire 15 story building to use 1 elevator. It was about a 10-15 minute wait for the elevator during that time. My other son cut his foot on a broken tile in the hot tub.
