Nice condo-beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. The property and beach were well kept. The condo was clean (decor was outdated but that did not impact our stay) and there was plenty of room for 7 of us—adults and teens. We found plenty of dishes and pots/pans to make our meals and used the grill near the pool. There were no extras like seasonings, coffee filters, beach chairs/toys, trash bags etc. The views from the balconies are beautiful. We had a great time!

Wonderful place, we will be back!

This condo is newly renovated and is beautiful. It has expansive views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is nice with new appliances. They even have a Keurig coffee maker. I have preteen children and felt safe enough to let them go to to the beach or the pool because I could keep an eye on them. It was very relaxed and family friendly. We will definitely return.

Overall property is at a great location and had good security measures around the property. However, the unit had issues with airflow in the bedrooms. The living room felt nice and cool but the bedrooms felt really hot with no air flowing through at night even when we had the temps set to 67 . There weren’t enough small bowls to have snacks or cereals. The unit can sleep 10 people but there were only 3 white Corning ware size white bowls . It would be nice to have dish towels in the kitchen . There was only one cloth dish and kitchen towel. There was no furniture in the balcony to sit out and enjoy the view . There was no hot water in the second bathroom . The master bathroom had good hot water and good water flow. I would give 3.5 star as review for this property. We had 10am as checkout time given to us but there was a woman trying to keep opening the unit at 9:45 am while we were still in there. She should have waited until after 10am to even attempt to open the unit. But inspite of that she kept trying n trying again and again. We felt rushed and felt our privacy was invaded. That is not acceptable.

Neither was the patio furniture. I was really disappointed with the patio as the pictures on the web page did not disclos angle view. And that I would be looking at the buildings across from us. It was very windy with the open/corners patio. I never sat out there once! I would not have chosen this condo if the pictures showed the true balcony. Sitting on the patio in the morning and evening is one of the things I enjoy most about my Destin vacations, and I felt cheated. Also, faster WiFi is a must!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, two teenage daughters and their friends vacationed here. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The ocean views from inside and outside this condo are absolutely amazing! The condo itself is nothing short of luxury. Granite countertops in the kitchen and high end stainless steel appliances. We especially loved having the separate ice maker in the kitchen as well. Pots and pans could be upgraded to something better but we made do with what we had. There was plenty of silverware so there was no need to have to wash it up each time. Plenty of seating for meals. The master bath had a beautiful view of the Gulf, tiled shower and also had a nice walk in closet. During the day, I would suggest keeping the curtains in the master bedroom closed as it would get very warm in there. There is a standing fan that we kept running to keep the temperature comfortable. The guest bathroom also had a tiled shower but a lot of water would seem to leak out from under the door and soak the floor. These are just minor issues that we worked around. The pool here is nice and was never overcrowded. The beach was very beautiful and we never had any problems finding a spot to set up our canopy. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Another queen, and the third has 4 beds including a bunkbed. So 2 couples and 4 individuals will fit easily here.Pros: very clean, very luxurious, amazing views of the beach and the sea, well furnished, very welcoming, very convenient, awesome pools and beach access, easy parking. Cons: had to wait for the cleaners past the check-in time to get in, I wish they cleaned the balcony hallway right outside the unit entrance.

Nicole went out of her way to help us out. They found a problem with one of the TV’s and alerted us before we had a problem and got it fixed the next day. This is definitely the best company for rentals I have used. The condo was beautiful. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. The beach access at Beachside One is the best and plenty of room to be on the beach. They do a great job keeping people off the beach and the pool who aren’t staying there. The new pool deck and hot tub were very nice. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.
