Welcome to the Palm Haven beach house in the sought-after and gated Emerald Shores community in Miramar Beach, directly adjacent to everything Destin has to offer! Perfect for families or groups, this luxury beach house can sleep 8 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sofa sleeper. A deck with chairs overlooking the main community pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beverage.

The community offers access to a private beach oasis with an exclusive beachside pavilion with its own private restrooms and showers, a seasonal beachfront bar, and of course the private beach with the powdered sugar sand and beautiful emerald waters that Destin is famous for!

Soak up some sun with an inviting swimming pool right next to the house surrounded by plush lounge chairs or enjoy some of the amazing amenities such as tennis and basketball courts.

Main Level: From the minute you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan boasting walls of windows that offer an abundance of natural light throughout the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. The Living Room features an 82” flat-screen TV and multiple sofas and chairs for gathering the whole family together. The fully equipped Kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. The LG brand washing machine and dryer are also located on the main floor along with a full bathroom with shower.

Upper Level: The upstairs level features a Master Bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the upper level deck; a 2nd Bedroom with another king bed; and a 3rd Bedroom with a queen bed. All of the bedrooms feature new and beautifully appointed décor. The upper level also features 2 full bathrooms and a family den with a queen size sofa sleeper.

There is High Speed Wi-Fi and cable TV on all 5 televisions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

(1) What is the minimum age to book the cabin?

This beach house is available for booking by any responsible adult the age of 18 or above with the understanding that this is a luxury property, and guests are requested to help maintain it as such.

(2) What linens and household supplies are provided?

We provide linens for beds, bath towels, beach towels, and wash cloths as well as starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, kitchen trash bags, and cleaning supplies as well as travel/hotel size shampoo and body soap for each bathroom.

(3) What does the kitchen include?

The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pots (both Keurig and regular), various size pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware. There is also a counter with three stools and a dining table with six chairs.

(4) Do you provide a grill?

There is a Weber Original Kettle Premium 22" Charcoal Grill located in the yard behind the driveway. Charcoal, matches, and lighter fluid are not provided.

(5) What is your pet policy?

Due to the quality of the furnishings and the pure white linens, we are unfortunately not able to host pets at this beach house.

(6) When will I get the address and access information?

The address, door code, community security gate code, beach pavilion gate code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate message and email approximately 5 days prior to check-in.

(7) What is required to access the Private Beach Pavilion?

A passcode will be provided prior to your stay to achieve entry through the gate to the Private Beach Pavilion. Between March and October, armbands are required as well for security purposes at a cost of $30 per stay which covers all guests and is payable via credit or debit card at the Private Beach Pavilion. A proof of booking would just need to be shown on your mobile phone to a Private Beach Pavilion Attendant.

(8) What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

You may check in any time after 4:00 p.m. and must checkout prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

The community offers a range of amenities exclusively for Emerald Shores guests, including a private beach, Beach Pavilion with private bathrooms and Cabana Bar, 2 pools (1 heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a basketball court.

The community has two entrances - One on the north off Hwy 98 and a second on the south side off Scenic 98. Having two entrances provides ease and flexibility when exploring the area.
